It is believed that this particular building is the first example of a rare architectural metabolism. On some sites it is called an example of the country's technical ambitions and one of the symbols of its time. However, from a practical point of view, this is a rather strange project. Living in such houses is hardly very comfortable. And the price of 171 dollars (!) still seems to me a little overpriced for an apartment the size of a closet.
