    We flew with this airline on 10/31/18 from Moscow to Phuket and on 11/15/18 from Phuket to Moscow. Virtually no complaints. There was enough space between the seats even for our son (height 185cm). Places were pre-booked through online service(in the middle of the cabin), it was not possible to book a return ticket (for some reason there were no return ticket numbers in the boarding area). We lost our luggage, found it on 09/30/2018, on 10/01/2018 it was supposed to be delivered to our home, as they promised us over the phone, after waiting the whole day, we started calling Vnukovo again, to which we were told that the luggage handed over to the airline. Then you understand, the airlines don’t care. The result was that we arrived on September 26, 2018, we had to pick up our luggage ourselves, that is, we only picked it up on October 4, 2018. As for the food, it’s generally complete trash, pasta and sausages for children, the menu doesn’t change along the way. Conclusion, I will not fly with this airline again.
