In 2019, Moscow parks will be replenished with the largest indoor park in the world - the Dream Island amusement park. The first theme park in Russia will be built in the south of Moscow. The park has a unique concept, and due to its scale and year-round operation, it will attract up to fifty million visitors a year.

“Island of Dreams” will become an extremely attractive city tourist attraction and will stand on a par with the Kremlin, Gorky Park and VDNKh. The area of the entire park will be 100 hectares, and the most covered part will be 292 thousand square meters. m.

There will be 10 thematic zones in the park, and in them visitors will find 40 different entertainments for all ages. The park will have 27 attractions, a quarter of which are extreme. Carefully and meticulously recreated worlds from cartoons or films will allow you to completely immerse yourself in a fairy-tale world and take a break from everyday reality.

In addition to the theme area of the park, where visitors can meet their favorite characters and go on rides, there will be a lot more interesting things in the park. Firstly, the landscape park itself has an area of 32 hectares with children's and sports grounds, an open-air cinema, a dance floor, an amphitheater, bicycle paths and fountains.

An indoor city promenade with the streets of European cities and copies of famous landmarks (for example, the Roman Colosseum or Casa Batllo from Barcelona), the size of its central square will be one and a half football fields, and it will be covered by a huge glass dome, also the largest in Russia.

It will host all kinds of city events: holidays, festivals, exhibitions, fairs... The streets will be lined with themed restaurants and shops.

There will also be a multifunctional concert hall with 3,500 seats and a large cinema center, which will be equipped with 17 halls, one of them is IMAX. A yacht school for children and their parents and a hotel will appear on the landscaped embankment on the banks of the Moscow River.

Each zone has its own mini-zoo. This is a great opportunity to learn more about our country without leaving the Boulevard Ring. From here you can see almost the entire center of Moscow, and see the Kremlin and its surroundings in every detail. In addition, ancient temples were preserved and restored. Unique archaeological finds discovered during construction work were put on public display, the earliest of which date back to the 13th century. Zaryadye is open to visitors 24 hours a day all year round. Themed entertainment areas will keep both adults and children bored. This is one of the best parks in Moscow and the world.

The concept of “park” itself appeared in China, and then became widespread in France in the 17th century. Initially, all of them were closed to ordinary residents. Only the ruler and his retinue were allowed to admire the magnificent flowers, exotic trees and cascading ponds. And only at the beginning of the 19th century in Europe they opened access to everyone.

Munich was one of the first cities in which residents had free access to the monarch's recreation area. This was the English Garden - one of the largest urban parks in the world with a total area of 4.17 km2. It is larger than the popular Central Park in New York or Hyde Park in London.

The English Park was designed by the German architect Friedrich Ludwig Schkel in 1792. When creating the garden, the architectural style of English landscape design was used, so it was called “English Park”. It was the first popular green island in Europe and still remains one of the largest and most famous in the world.

Soon, parks became a place not only for relaxation, but also for expressing oneself. Actors and musicians, artists and sculptors began to create in front of visitors and immediately sell their art. The green islands have become a favorite place for meetings and walks for entire families. Along the central alleys of Berlin, hundreds of people are having picnics and family dinners in the open air.
