Programs

Camp Robin Hood operates almost all year round. Here everything is adjusted to the holidays: summer, autumn, winter, trimester. For each pore and for each age, its own program has been developed. Eight years ago in the fall, the Carolina program began for the first time. The children liked her so much that they decided to keep her. Since then, “Carolina” and “Robin Hood”, like sister and brother, go together. This spring will bring gifts, surprises and a huge cake for children. They decided to base the theme of the shift on the story of the best cooks in the kingdom of “Carolina”, who invented a recipe for an unusually tasty and beautiful birthday cake, consisting of eight different cake layers (the same number in the shift of days). Every bite is imbued with games, creativity, knowledge, and fun. The sixth cake will be the most juicy. It will be baked by the “court ladies” on the sixth anniversary of the fairy-tale kingdom. The ingredients include a festive buffet, chocolate fountains and a royal ball. True, real knights will be needed. What would a ball be without gallant gentlemen? The Robin Hood boys will share the joy of the celebration.

And so that the holiday is not spoiled by uninvited guests, the wizard Vesney will keep order, who will rush to the children's town and set up an Adventure Park with game rooms, creative pavilions, a city of snow sculptures, a tower of communication, carousels of memories, a parade of spectacles, dance floors and cafes.

"Live English" (summer 2015)

Now this children's camp in the Moscow region will allow your children to plunge into the atmosphere of real, living English, immerse themselves in culture, and get acquainted with the classics. The program is essentially unique. Both instructors and teachers will communicate with your children in a clear English language. What seemed difficult to someone at school will become easy, simple, and familiar here. It is important to break the barrier of fear and indecision, then a completely different world will open up before the child.

Every day, children attend four different English classes. Everything is taught in a playful atmosphere. Teachers focus on spoken English, useful expressions, idioms, culture, architecture, traditions, history. The objectives of the program are not to obtain grades. Here they are trying to achieve something else - to create interest in culture, expand the existing vocabulary, and give instructions for further study of the language outside the camp. Classes will not end as at school, at the bell. After school, the guys will go in for sports, fencing, learn to play the guitar, and stage plays. But all this will be, as you might guess, in English. Teachers will try to recreate the cozy atmosphere of old England in their native Moscow region. Participants aged 10-14 years are invited.

Horse riding (summer 2015)

This is a real one. If your child loves horses, bring him here. This is a place for those who want to feel freedom, headwinds and merge with nature.

Now young heroes learn not only to shoot with a bow and crossbow, to fence well, overcome obstacles, and create real armor, but also to confidently stand in the saddle. Children's camp in the Moscow region it has a stable, a training ground, and a walking area. All this is located right on the territory. All horses are healthy, well-mannered and well-groomed. The camp provides conditions not only for horseback riding. The stable doors are always open for the guys - anyone can talk to the animal, feed it, and help with its care.

A small number of children and an individual approach to each allow the instructor to successfully work even with those who have not yet sat in the saddle. And those who already have some skills begin to behave more confidently. Experienced instructors are always friendly. They will show, explain, control. Each of them was also once a beginner, so they perfectly understand those who still have doubts. Children will be helped to overcome fear and subsequently receive incomparable pleasure from classes. Equestrian sport develops character, gives ideal posture, confidence, and composure.

The main event of the shift will be a knight's tournament. Everyone will be able to express themselves by demonstrating marksmanship, mastery of a sword (safe rapier) and much more. Children 10-14 years old are welcome.

Water adventures (summer 2014)

Camp "Robin Hood" guarantees a lot of adventures! The aquatic program will teach children how to row and operate a boat (the camp has its own boat station). In addition, for the first time, an archery tournament (3D) will be organized on a natural landscape (river banks, ravines, forest). The children are guaranteed exciting adventures, imbued with the spirit of the Middle Ages. They will learn to shoot from several types of crossbow, bow and even rifle, try to conquer inaccessible peaks, master medieval crafts and the basics of orienteering. Under the guidance of certified experienced instructors, Robin Hood students will go through walking routes native Moscow region. The most spectacular will be where everyone shows what they have learned. The organizers promise a real Middle Ages holiday for children aged 7-14 years. The children will experience the spirit of wandering, the romance of adventure, an evening fire, bread fried over the fire, songs, a guitar and new friends. Forest Hunter (summer 2015)

The children will master the skill of canoeing, learn how to operate kayaks, and even be able to go on a short rafting trip down the river. They will enjoy sport fishing and archery. During this time, children will get acquainted with the nature of the Tarusa Nature Reserve, learn how to tie reliable, strong knots, pack backpacks, in a word, they will gain enormous and necessary life experience. A children's health camp in the Moscow region is waiting for children aged 12-14 years.

Location, conditions

Camp “Robin Hood” (photo in the article) has now moved and will be located along the Simferopol highway, in the city of Kremenki ( Zhukovsky district). 22 hectares of territory have been allocated for children's recreation. The camp is equipped the latest systems heating and allows you to work with visitors regardless of the time of year. The entire complex is fenced. 24 hour security. Outsiders are not allowed.

Children live in brick equipped buildings. Each spacious room accommodates four people. The beds are bunk beds, absolutely safe. Amenities in every room. Meals are five times a day, complex, according to the schedule. The food is varied and tasty. They give you a supplement.

Mobile phones are prohibited in the camp. The only telephone number by which your child can contact you is with the administrator. Why? Firstly, Robin Hood cannot be held responsible for a stolen or damaged phone. Having received bitter experience when parents made claims due to the loss or damage of a phone with a demand to compensate for losses or find the missing one, the administration made a decision: to exclude “toys” for the duration of their stay in the camp. In addition, according to psychologists, mobile phones today are not just means of communication. They are, first of all, a way of self-expression, ranking and bragging in front of peers, which gives rise to a kind of discrimination, psychological inequality. Often such a seemingly trifle leads to stress and nervous breakdowns. "Robin Hood" is a children's camp where everyone is equal. In addition, if you have a phone, the child will not learn to think independently, relying on the support of his parents.
