Terminal 3

The best way to get from Copenhagen Airport to the city center is by metro.

From this station you can transfer to intercity trains and buses to reach other cities in Denmark.

Metro tickets can be purchased at the DSB office or from the DBS ticket machine located in Terminal 3. If you choose to purchase tickets from the machine, you will see a metro map showing the fare zones on the screen. You need to purchase tickets for the number of tariff zones through which you will travel. Norreport station is in zone 1, the airport is in zone 4. If we talk about the bus, then the best option would be route No. 5A, the stop of which is located at the exit from Terminal 3. The trip to the city center (with an intermediate stop at the central railway station) will take 30-35 minutes. This is a 24-hour bus that departs every 10 minutes during the day and a little longer at night.

Tickets can be purchased from special machines in the Terminal 3 building or directly from the driver. Please note that the driver only accepts payment in coins! The fare depends on the Copenhagen transport zone you are traveling to.

The metro is another mode of transport connecting Copenhagen with the airport. It’s not difficult to find: Lufthavnen station is located on the second floor of Terminal 3. Travel time to the nearest Nørreport hub station is no more than 13 minutes. Tickets can be purchased on the platform, their price also depends on the transport zone you are traveling to.

In the building of Terminal 3 there is also a railway station, from where, if desired, you can travel not only to other cities in Denmark, but also to neighboring Sweden.
