Winning registration ends in. Personal account victory. Mandatory seat selection during online registration

Buying tickets online is, in my opinion, not only fast, but also convenient, because you can compare prices from different airlines and choose the most suitable option without even leaving your home. Therefore, today there will be a post about how to buy a Pobeda airline ticket via the Internet (the post is relevant as of November 2017).

Step 1. We go to the official website of Pobeda Airlines. I would like to immediately warn you that from the beginning to the end of the booking there must be no more than 30 minutes, because After this time, the system will automatically end the session.

Step 2. Click on the “Air tickets” button and enter flight details: number of people, dates, select “Round and back” or “Only there” and click on the “Find tickets” button.

When purchasing tickets for children, please pay attention to the following: if the child is already 2 years old, you need to check the box “Children from 2 to 12 years old”. If the child is already 12, then he is considered an adult passenger.

Step 3. Choose desired flight:

If the flight date is not critical, you can choose cheaper prices. The example shows that if you fly back not on October 27, but on October 26, then the ticket will be 500 rubles cheaper.

Step 4. Fill in passenger data: Full name, date of birth, identification document.

We fill in the data in Latin letters (i.e. English). If you are flying across Russia, then you can write in Russian - I personally did just that the last time, everything went fine.

When purchasing flights to visa countries the system will ask for a visa number. If it is not there yet, then simply do not check the box “The passenger has a document permitting entry into the country of destination.” In this case, we further see a warning with the following content: “Information about entry permission must be provided during check-in for the flight. The passenger will not be allowed to board the flight without a valid entry permit,” just take note of this and click the “Continue” button.

Step 5. Baggage

Now we need to decide whether we need to pay for additional luggage.

Since November 2017, the basic Pobeda fare includes only hand luggage free of charge. Its weight is not important, but it must fit into a special calibrator (meter) at the airport. The size of the calibrator is 36*30*27 cm. In general, this is a very sensitive topic, so I must read it before buying a ticket!

If you plan to take more things than will fit in the calibrator, then you need to add paid luggage to your booking, otherwise at the airport they will charge you 2 times more for it. But to be honest, it is only profitable for Pobeda to fly light; with large luggage (more than 10 kg), it is better to choose another airline.

If you are bringing a snowboard, skis or bicycle with you, you will have to pay for special luggage:

This is another low-cost airline trick that forces passengers to pay more. If you meet the free quota, then you don’t need to pay anything else! Therefore, click “No luggage”.

If you didn’t initially purchase additional luggage, but you still need it, you can add it to your ticket later by using the “Personal Account” and “Manage Booking” services on the Pobeda website. This can also be done through the Pobeda call center, but calling there is expensive - every minute of conversation will cost from 55 rubles to 60 rubles 17 kopecks excluding VAT.

Step 6. Insurance

We continue our purchase:

If you noticed, the total cost on the right has become almost 1600 rubles. more. And all because the airline by default included insurance for each passenger in the price. This is voluntary passenger insurance, and there is an expectation that a person in a hurry will not notice and will pay for the service.

In general, if you don’t need additional insurance, feel free to uncheck the boxes and click on the “Continue” button.

Step 7 Selection of seats

As you can see, the system put us next to each other - in seats 23A and 23B. We also sit together on the remaining segments of the flight. But all this is only because one of the passengers is a child under 12 years old, he must be seated next to his parent. In all other cases, Pobeda will definitely seat you in different parts of the cabin))

Here, for example, are the seats the system assigned us when we flew from Sochi (two adults and children aged 6 and 12): me and my youngest son together, and my husband and eldest son in other parts of the cabin, although there are many empty seats nearby:

This is another way to make us pay more than we originally planned.

Before this, we flew Pobeda twice with my husband and didn’t buy seats, we just asked the girls at check-in to seat us next to each other. Both times they met us halfway and seated us next to us :)

But this time we had children with us, we didn’t want to take any risks. I moved my husband and eldest son to our row (deliberately took the fourth seat by the window). For these manipulations, 298 rubles were added to the cost of tickets. (149 rubles for each place):

By the way, this did not at all guarantee that we would sit together, because... We paid for 2 seats, and the remaining two were simply assigned by the system and during registration we could easily change them and transfer me and the child. This can also be seen from the itinerary receipt sent - it says that we have preliminary places:

In fact, we were not transferred anywhere and were registered nearby, so we all flew safely together))

But let's return to our first example. As we remember, we did not change seats there, so at the next step we see a window in which Pobeda says that the automatically assigned seats can be removed or changed by the airline:

We are not going to buy anything additional, so we ignore this warning and click the “Continue” button.

Fill in your email address and phone number. We check or do not check the box that we agree to receive company news. The SMS notification service is available for 30 rubles, but I never take it because... You can always check your reservation on the Pobeda website.

The cheapest (and, in my opinion, also the most convenient) way is to pay by credit card, the cost of the transaction is 2% of the flight price. But there is one drawback - you must pay for the reservation within 30 minutes, otherwise it will be cancelled.

When paying at Euroset and Qiwi ATMs, the commission is already 3%, but you can pay within 24 hours.

I’ll tell you a secret: I usually choose the second or third option, and then within 24 hours I calmly pay for the tickets with a card with a commission of 2% 😉

Everything is as usual: enter the card number, first and last name of the owner, expiration date and CVC code. Next, we confirm with the code from the SMS message.

Step 9 Documentation

After payment has been made, email Within a few minutes you will receive a confirmation letter with a reservation code and e-ticket numbers, as well as a link to the itinerary receipt.

You can view or change (for an additional fee) your reservation by following the link from the email sent or by entering data in a special form on the Pobeda website.

You can also create a personal account, which will allow you to see all your bookings in one place, add services or make changes to your booking. You can create it on the website after registering, or during the booking process.

That's all 🙂 In one of the following articles I will tell you how to buy Pobeda tickets with promotions. For example, last summer we flew from Sochi to Ufa for only 500 rubles. True, now the airline has left Ufa due to disagreements with our airport, so now we can only dream of such cheap tickets... :)

From October 29, Pobeda introduced paid check-in at foreign airports. If you don’t want to pay a fee when boarding a plane, read our article on how to register online for Pobeda and fly for free.

Pobeda: paid check-in at the airport

How to check in for a Pobeda flight without additional charges:

  1. register at the counter of any Russian airport when departing from Russia and on domestic flights - registration is absolutely free;
  2. When departing from a foreign airport, go through online check-in through the website pobeda.aero or the Pobeda app, save your boarding pass and don’t pay extra at the airport.

Checking in for a flight is a mandatory procedure. Thanks to it, the airline knows that you will definitely fly, assigns you a seat on board and stores information about the presence of baggage. And the boarding pass received after check-in serves as a pass to board the plane.

The Pobeda company at foreign airports charges 25 euros per passenger for check-in and from 0 to 10 euros for printing a coupon (depending on the airport). In order not to pay extra to the carrier, delve into the details.

For children under 2 years old flying without a separate seat and children flying unaccompanied, registration will be free in any case.

What time does check-in for the Pobeda flight begin?

If you don’t have a boarding pass and are late for check-in, consider yourself to have missed the plane. Therefore, it is important to know the start and end time of check-in for your flight.

  • Check-in for the Pobeda flight at the airport counter - starts 2-3 hours, ends 40 minutes before departure.
  • Online check-in outside Russia - begins one day before departure (24 hours), ends 4 hours.
  • Online check-in for Vnukovo flights starts 24 hours in advance and ends in 40 minutes and is only available to passengers with paid seats.
  • Online check-in from Pulkovo starts 24 hours before, ends 4 hours before and is only available on domestic flights for passengers with a purchased seat.

If you haven't checked in online, arrive early: the counter will be closed 40 minutes before the plane's departure. And if you have an electronic boarding pass, the main thing is to make it to the gates, which will close 25 minutes before the flight departure time.

Please note that checked baggage is checked in at the check-in counter, that is, no later than 40 minutes before the plane departs.

How to register online for Victory

Register in your personal account on the website pobeda.aero, if you did not do so when purchasing a ticket. This will make it easier to manage your reservation. Better do this at home before flying abroad.

Go to the My Reservations menu and find the reservation you need. Under the flight direction and dates you will see a navigation panel, on the right look for the Online check-in item. If you go into the booking itself, the online registration button is located at the top right.

If you want to purchase additional luggage or select seats, do so before checking in. Although this is also possible at the time of registration. The procedure itself is in many ways similar to the process of booking a ticket: check the passenger data, refuse to select a seat, baggage and insurance (or purchase what you need) and confirm check-in.

At the end, the electronic boarding pass will be displayed on the screen. It can be downloaded directly from the final page. You will also receive an email with the subject “Ticket Boarding Pass” and an attached pdf file.

Important! download the boarding pass in PDF format and save it on your phone for each flying passenger. If possible, print a paper copy on a printer.

Despite the fact that the ticket itself says: be sure to print it out and take it with you to the airport, in all foreign airports except Antalya, you can show your boarding pass from your phone screen. When departing from Antalya, a ticket printed on paper is required.

Make sure that the phone works and the boarding number can be read from the phone screen. It will be required to be presented at the entrance to the security check area, when passing through customs and at the boarding gate.

Keep in mind that a photo on a phone taken from a printed boarding pass may not be considered an airport device. Save the PDF file or take a screenshot from the registration page.

Online registration for Victory with an electronic ticket

If you do not have a personal account or access to it, register using your ticket number or booking code. Go to the website pobeda.aero, look for the Online registration menu item at the top right and follow the link.

Enter the reservation number in the left field and the email address you indicated when booking on the right, or 13 numbers of the e-ticket number.

The passenger check-in page lists all flights and passengers included in the booking. The inscription “It is impossible to download a boarding pass for this airport” means that check-in must be done at the airport counter (since in Russia there is no fee).

Find the flight you need and go through the check-in process for each passenger. Save the resulting electronic boarding ticket on your device.

What to do if Pobeda online registration does not work

Unfortunately, since the start of paid registration, complaints about failures in the system have not stopped. Some passengers are unable to obtain their boarding pass on their own due to problems in the Pobeda system.

How to avoid problems with online registration Pobeda

  1. Do not use the application to register: most errors are registered in it.
  2. Register on a desktop computer; there are fewer glitches on PCs than on mobile phones.
  3. Provide the ability to work in several browsers: if registration does not work in one, complete the process in another.
  4. A day before departure, find a place with good Wi-Fi so you can go through all the stages calmly.

If online registration for Pobeda is not available

  1. Take a screenshot of the message at the time of the failure or a screenshot of the computer screen.
  2. Try again after some time.
  3. Register in your personal account and try to register through it.
  4. Change your browser, phone model, use the site pobeda.aero instead of the application.

If registration fails, save screenshots of system error messages. Present them at the reception desk. If they still charge you at the airport, write an email to [email protected], provide your details, flight number and ticket number and attach screenshots of the error message. Letters are reviewed from 7 to 10 days, in most cases the fee is returned if there is evidence of a system failure.

1.Enter the initial data, click on the ticket search button.

Attention! If you found an air ticket using a metasearch engine, it is recommended to go to the Pobeda website and buy a ticket there, otherwise you will not be able to check in for the flight via the Internet.

2.A page will open with the search results for available tickets:

Select flight, click "continue"

3.You will be redirected to a form to fill out passenger data:

Provide contact information so that company employees can contact you in case of flight delay or rescheduling.

Note: if you have a promotional code for a discount, then enter it in the field marked in the picture above.

4.The next stage is payment for baggage. The Pobeda company has strict conditions for cargo transportation. Only hand luggage can be checked in for free; you will have to pay extra for other luggage. The conditions of transportation will be discussed in more detail in a separate paragraph.

Insurance guarantees payment of funds: in case of flight delay (up to 10 thousand), in case of damage to luggage or in case of an accident on board (400 thousand).

6.Now you need to select seats in the aircraft cabin. The cost of the seat selection service is 199 rubles, you cannot refuse it.

Click on the place you like on the diagram (it will be highlighted in pink), click “continue”.

7.The last stage is payment. Available payment methods:

  • Bank card – commission 2%;

8.Wait for the payment invoice to be generated. A form will appear for entering your bank card details, as well as a reservation code (see figure), which will be required for online registration. After paying for the order, you will receive a message from Pobeda with an itinerary receipt.

Purchasing tickets through the application is practically no different from that described above. The only difference is the program interface, adapted for mobile devices.

check-in

One day (but no later than 2 hours) before departure, the website opens the option of online registration, which can be completed no later than 40 minutes before departure.

1.Launch the application or go to the Pobeda website (the procedure on both resources is almost identical).

3.Find the “Online Registration” button.

4.If there is a reservation code that you received when purchasing a ticket, then simply enter it in the form:

If not (forgot, deleted the letter with the code), then click on the “no booking code” button (see picture) and fill in the information about your flight, “click search”:

5.If the quantity of your cargo has increased, you must additionally pay for it through the “Manage Booking” tab or by contacting the call center.

6.Following simple instructions, you will eventually receive a letter with your boarding pass. It is recommended that you print the pass at home, otherwise you will have to print it at the airport, which may take time.

7.You have checked in, do not forget to take your boarding pass with you to the airport.

Attention! Double-check that your baggage has been paid for in accordance with the conditions of carriage, and that your hand luggage complies with the free carriage standards. It is very important to do this before arriving at the airport, because... Pobeda employees carefully check everything and, in case of discrepancies, force you to pay for luggage at an increased price, which is sometimes higher than the cost of the ticket.

Boarding ends 25 minutes before departure.

Restrictions:
According to company rules, the following cannot be registered through the online service:

  • Disabled person;
  • Child without adults;
  • Client with animals;
  • Passenger with dangerous cargo;
  • A group of people;
  • Travel agency.

Baggage transportation

You should pay special attention to the baggage rules to avoid ending up in an unpleasant situation.

At Vnukovo Airport, Pobeda Airlines baggage is checked in and accepted in Terminal A at counters No. 139, 140. Free hand luggage is limited to dimensions of 36 x 30 x 27 cm. The airport has a hand luggage calibrator with the company logo, into which the item must fit freely. Mobile phones are carried as hand luggage.

Pobeda Airlines will now charge passengers 25 euros for the check-in service at the airport. The low-cost airline explains these measures by a sharp rise in the price of aviation fuel by 10%: in order not to proportionally increase the cost of all tickets, some passengers will be charged an additional fee.

This practice is widespread among foreign low-cost airlines: it encourages passengers to check in online and take their boarding passes with them; if this is not done, then at the counter they will charge a protective tariff of up to 40-50 euros (that is, at Pobeda it is also relatively small).

Interestingly, at Pobeda, online check-in was available only to those passengers who purchased the service of choosing a seat on board (from 149 rubles); the rest were asked to stand in line at the counter. Now, with the introduction of a new rule (this will happen on October 28 with the transition to the winter schedule), online registration will be available to everyone; those who have not paid will be assigned a seat automatically by the system.

There is, however, one nuance: online check-in at Pobeda begins 24 hours before departure and ends 4 hours. So if you buy a ticket later than 4 hours before departure, you will automatically have to pay an additional 25 euros for check-in for the flight. In addition, abroad it may be difficult to register and print out your boarding pass during this 20-hour period of time (find a computer with a printer): foreign low-cost airlines begin online check-in almost a month before departure and you can easily prepare your boarding passes in advance for round trip flights. However, in many foreign airports it is enough to show the boarding pass electronically on the smartphone screen, which generally solves the problem for passengers who have this smartphone.

The new fee applies only to departures from foreign airports; at Russian airports, check-in at counters is still free. The fact is that in Russia the registration service is not separated from the fee for using the airport terminal, so it is impossible to save money on it; the passenger pays for it in any case when purchasing tickets. But at foreign airports, the carrier pays separately for registration of each passenger at the counter, which is why they encourage online check-in.

However, the issue of mentality remains relevant. The majority of Pobeda passengers are people who fly rarely or for the first time. For them, the online registration procedure can be quite complicated, and its need may not be obvious. Therefore, Pobeda should make every effort to inform passengers on international flights about the check-in fee at the counter. However, if this is not done, then a wave of hysterical posts on social networks about how Aunt Glasha’s last pants were taken off at the airport using the method of controlled negativity will quickly convey this information to people like her.

Well, so that you don’t have to write a similar post about your aunt, use our
