I purchased a ticket through Intourist and had some requests regarding the floor, but the tour operator does not resolve such issues. In 2 weeks, I called the hotel at the phone number listed on the website, and they booked me a room on the 3rd floor, as I wanted. I had to pay a little more for the sea view than for the view of Nikolaevka. But it was worth it. The hotel is simply gorgeous, while the village is quite poor. Therefore, we didn’t have to look at Nikolaevka from our beautiful room. We vacationed with our 13-year-old daughter alone. And we purchased a 2-bed standard room. The room has 2 beds pushed together, a refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a hairdryer, and a good TV. All new. And everything smells new: bed linen, towels, pillows and mattress. Everything is soft, pleasant, wonderful. Room cleaning is upon request, but in fact they are cleaned every day. That is, they not only clean, but also change towels, provide bags of shampoo and shower gel, and toilet paper. All this is done quickly and very efficiently. Linen is changed every 3 days. Beach towels are changed upon request. We also changed it every 3 days. In general, the hotel has a cult of cleanliness. From early morning, the staff begins to wash the tiles in the hotel courtyard, clean the pool, and wipe the sun loungers in front of the pool.
