Skiing down the mountain has been a favorite pastime for both children and adults at all times. The cardboards and plywood that were placed under oneself to glide better were replaced by comfortable, inflatable sleds - tubes.

No one has been riding on a sled or on a cardboard placed under their butt for a long time - everyone has switched to tubing. We chose the Moscow roller coaster, which you can go down really quickly and fun - you can go there with your own tubing, or you can rent it.
Gorki in Kolomenskoye
There are two natural slopes open for skiing here. For kids, a safe and fairly gentle slope on Nizhnaya Street is suitable, and for speed lovers, a steep descent closer to the central part of the park on Zelenaya Polyana is suitable. Another winter entertainment in Kolomenskoye is a ride on a six-seater inflatable “Banana”. This is a land version of the popular water attraction, where instead of a boat, children squealing with delight are driven along the alleys of the park by a real snowmobile.
Food. Not far from the entrance to the park there is a Pizzamento pizzeria and a Kapuchinoff coffee shop with a standard set - coffee, tea, salads, sandwiches, some hot food and children's animation on weekends. And on the restaurant street inside the park, which is called Torgovaya, there are cafes stylized as huts.

Price. Entrance to the slides is free. You can ride your own cheesecake or rent a tube (200 rubles per half hour).
When. The opening is planned for December 16 (depending on weather conditions). The rental is open daily from 11.00 to 19.00. You can ride the banana boat on weekends and holidays from 11.30 to 13.30 and from 14.00 to 18.00.
Vsepogorka in Sokolniki Park
The largest slide in the city: the length of the slope is 200 meters and the height is almost 14 meters. In order to ride, you need to climb a slowly moving travelator (which is an adventure in itself) to the top of the slide, and then roll down with a squeal. If you have any energy left, you can check out the Ice skating rink, which is located a couple of steps from the slide. Children under seven years old are not allowed on the slide due to the possible risk of injury.
Food. Near the ICE skating rink there is a trattoria “Mercato” with a children's play area.
Address. 3rd Luchevoy clearing
Price. A visit on weekdays costs 300 rubles, after 18.00 - 400 rubles, from Friday to Sunday - 450 rubles. The session lasts 45 minutes, tube rental is included in the ticket price.
When. The slide operates according to schedule. The first session starts at 11.00, the last one at 21.00.
Ski slope "Novo-Peredelkino"
The base specializes in alpine skiing, but not so long ago a tubing track appeared here. The slide is small (its length is about 70 meters), with a turn. But you don’t have to worry about unsuitable weather: there is an artificial snowmaking system on the slope.
Climbing to the top here is a pleasure. You cling to the cable with a cheesecake and slowly rise up. If there are not enough slides, you can go on skis: in the “Slope” there is a children’s and youth school that accepts everyone from 6 years old.
Food. It’s better to take sandwiches and tea with you - there is no restaurant on the slope yet.
Address. Projected passage 635, no. 9. You can get here by car or bus from the Yugo-Zapadnaya metro station.
Price. The cost of renting a cheesecake is 300 rubles per hour. On weekends, you can rent tubing for 450 rubles per hour.
When:. On weekdays the slope is open from 11.00 to 16.00. On weekends the track is open from 16.00 to 20.00.
Sports complex KANT
The tubing track in KANT is open in the most convenient place - right at the entrance, not far from the Chalet restaurant. The 70-meter slide has five tracks on which both adults and children can ride. There is no lift: you will have to climb on foot, dragging the cheesecake behind you. If you don’t want to stand in lines, it’s better to come here on weekdays, when there are not so many people here.
Food. The Chalet restaurant is located nearby. There is also a coffee shop called Coffee Station, which offers views of the slope.

Price. Tubing rental on weekdays - 250 rubles for 30 minutes, 450 rubles for an hour, 600 rubles for three hours. On weekends - 300 rubles for 30 minutes, 550 rubles for an hour, 600 rubles for three hours (on Saturday), 700 rubles for three hours on Sunday.
When. The slope is open on weekdays from 16.00 to 22.00. You can ride on weekends from 09.00 to 22.00. From January 2 to January 8, the slide is open on weekends.
Kuzminki Park
In Kuzminki, cheesecake riding with friends can turn into a real battle. There are snow throwers and snow blasters available for rental, which help form snowballs and hit opponents with projectiles. You can try out the weapon on a wooden slide in the center of the park. There are three paths, 2, 4 and 6 meters high. You can also go skiing from the natural slope in the area of Shebaevsky Pond. The park has cross-country skiing and biathlon trails.
Food. You can warm up in the Besedka cafe, literally 200 meters from the wooden slide, or eat pizza in the Italian Mercato. Pancakes, pizza, and takeaway sandwiches are available in the mini-cafe next to the amusement park.
Address. st. Kuzminsky Park, 1, building 2, a wooden ice slide is located in the central part of the park, not far from Shibaevsky Pond.
When: The slope is open all day. The rental point at the central site of the park is open daily from 11:00 to 20:00.
Victory Park
At the end of December, as part of the annual New Year's festival "Ice Moscow" (from December 29 to January 8), an exhibition of 40 ice sculptures and several tubing slides will open. The sculptures will be in the form of symbols of the countries participating in the 2018 FIFA World Cup. In total, the creation of winter sculptures will take about two thousand tons of natural ice. It will be brought from Lake Baikal, as well as the lakes of Yekaterinburg and Arkhangelsk.
Food. On the territory of the ice sculpture exhibition there will be a Christmas market with hot pies, pancakes, coffee and tea.

Sports complex "Lata Track"
In Krylatskoye, for lovers of inflatable sleds, there are four slopes 150 meters long. The slides are the same, they differ only in width - the largest one can accommodate three tubes in a row. The trails are gentle, but for a thrill you can ask the instructor to spin a cheesecake at the top.
For greater delight, it is better to come here in the evening - firstly, there are fewer people on the slope, and, secondly, a fantastic panorama of Moscow City opens from the top.
Please check their operating hours by phone in advance: tubing slides operate only at sub-zero temperatures.
Food. You can have a snack in the dining room in the administrative complex - there are always fresh baked goods. You can also have lunch at the Sreda cafe at the top of the slope.

Price. You can rent tubing for 1,000 rubles per hour, and 1,500 rubles for two hours. Children under 9 years old can only ride with their parents.
When. The slide is open on weekends and holidays - from 9:00 to 23:00.
VDNH
The Raketa slide will open on Industry Square, which may become the largest tubing slide in Moscow. A slide with two slopes around the same rocket opposite the Space pavilion. Installation of the artificial turf structure will be completed in mid-December. The slide will have two slopes with a height of 20 and 12 meters, and the length of the slope will be 180 and 120 meters, respectively. More than 100 people will be able to ride tubing at the same time. The rocket itself will “fly up” over an art installation called “Solar System,” which will consist of 11 “planets” with a diameter of 2.5 to 10 m. Young visitors will get acquainted with the nine planets of the Solar System and another magical “Planet New Year” .
For the convenience of visitors, tubes for skiing will be delivered to the launch sites using rope tows. It is better to test the slides in the evening, when the fairy lights are turned on.
Food. To the right of the Rocket slide there will be a space-style food court. Very close by, in pavilion No. 27, there is the Tea Yard cafe, which offers a wide selection of elite Chinese tea.

Park of Arts "Museon"
The tubing slides in the Muzeon art park opened at the beginning of December. They are still operating now, despite the above-zero temperatures outside. There are two tracks in total, 5 and 17 meters high. At the same time, at Muzeon they don’t so much ride as they wait: strictly one person at a time is allowed on the slide, and queues form near the stairs.
Food. A food court with hot drinks and pastries is open next to the tracks. You can eat at Shardam, which has a large games room and a huge children's menu.

Hill on Revolution Square
The most beautiful tubing slide in Moscow was installed near the walls of the Kremlin as part of the Journey to Christmas festival. The 7-meter-high slope is assembled from 1,600 ice blocks weighing 120 kg each. The slide is decorated with ice figures on the sides, and there is even a snow clock.
“Journey to Christmas” on an icy track, which is 100 meters long, takes a few wonderful seconds. This year the slide will have a four-slope slide, which means no one will have to wait long in line to ride. As before, the main city slide is built from transparent ice blocks brought from the lakes of Pervouralsk. A team of experienced craftsmen decorated its sides with ornate carvings.
Food. There is a Christmas market within a two-minute walk, where you can drink hot tea and eat pancakes.

2. “Vsepogorka” in Sokolniki
Where is: Sokolniki Park, 3rd radial clearing

3. “Lata-track” in Krylatskoye

Paid tubing track on a natural slope in Krylatskoye. Suitable for those who have long dreamed of a ski slope, but have never learned how to stand on either skis or a snowboard. Or for those who came with snowboarders for company, but don’t know what to do with themselves while they ride. The length of the slope is 200 meters. An automatic cheesecake lift will take the vehicle and rider to the top.
4. Gorka in Kolomenskoye
Where is: Kolomenskoye Park, in the area of Nizhnyaya and Torgovaya streets.
Cost: with your own cheesecake for free, tube rental - 200 rub. in 30 minutes.
A large part of the park is occupied by a fairly gentle slope to the Moscow River, free of tall trees. This is where the huge slide is located. In the fenced area you can only go down on a cheesecake (whether you want your own or a rented one), and nearby on the “wild” slope you can use whatever you want: a snow scooter, an ice skate, a sled. A road leads to the hill, along which there are wooden huts with taverns, pancake houses and other Russian folk catering establishments.
5. Hill in Neskuchny Garden
Where is: Neskuchny Garden, next to the Tea House

There are practically no slopes free of forest. Visitors found one suitable site in Neskuchny Garden: near the embankment, in the Tea House area, where there is a beach with sun loungers in the summer. This is where the spontaneous tubing slide exists. 5-7 people can descend at the same time, but the tube can fly out directly onto the roadway of the embankment. Therefore, the park staff fenced off the foot of the hill from the road with a net.
6. Slide in Kuzminki Park
Where is: Kuzminki Park, Shibaevsky Pond
Price: free with your own cheesecake.
The famous popular skiing spot at Shibaevsky Pond began to resemble Courchevel from afar. The top of the slope is decorated with a restaurant with a round glazed pavilion in a constructivist style, overlooking a pond and with prices that are not at all Kuzminsky (dining with a family will cost about 3000-4000 rubles). But on weekends there are no empty seats at the tables, the waiters go crazy from the workload and become impudent.
People can go tubing, sledding or skiing here. The main thing is not to collide. There are a lot of people, especially on weekends. The slope is gentle, but very long. So the overclocking turns out just right. On the opposite bank of the pond there is a smaller slope and a more democratic cafe.
7. Slope in Rostokin
Where is it: Aqueduct Park, entrance from Malachite Street.
How much does it cost: free with your own cheesecake.
A wide hill near the Rostokinsky aqueduct with a view of VDNH and the “Worker and Collective Farm Woman” pavilion. There is a good view of the hill itself from Prospekt Mira. Therefore, many motorists, having seen enough of the idyllic pictures of rides in traffic jams, come here on weekends even from other districts of Moscow. Well, a lot of local residents come from all over the northeast of the capital.
There is no infrastructure provided here. You can only warm up if a “coffee machine” arrives on the weekend. Nearby, on Malakhitovaya Street, where tubing lovers park, there is a pie-pilaf place. There is no toilet nearby either. However, you can use the “facilities” on the church grounds. Or walk to the Aqueduct Park skating rink. However, the slide is very popular. You can see people skating even late at night.
8. Slope in the Izmailovo forest park
Where is: Izmailovo Forest Park, Oleniy Pond

Near the Main Alley, on Oleniye Ponds, residents of the area and connoisseurs of cheesecakes from all over Moscow traditionally ride. Acceleration on the slope is good: the cheesecake reaches the middle of the pond (by the way, the water in it is drained, there is no need to be afraid of ice). For extreme sports enthusiasts, there are slopes with springboards (trauma services are not provided).
There are no cafes or restaurants near the slides. And, unfortunately, there is no toilet either. But it is next to the slope that the official picnic points of Izmailovsky Park are located.
