All Pattaya beaches and the best beaches of the resort - a description from personal experience. All Pattaya beaches and the best beaches of the resort, map and my reviews The best Pattaya beaches on the map

I invite you to walk with us through some Pattaya beaches. Despite the fact that we believe that it is not very suitable for a beach holiday, thousands of tourists come here every year, who not only explore the nearby attractions, but also swim in the sea, relax and sunbathe on the city beaches. The secret of Pattaya's popularity is simple - this is where our tour operators sell the bulk of tours, this is where you can fly inexpensively from Russia in the winter to soak up the beaches, because sometimes you can fly to Pattaya on a last-minute ticket for just $1,000 for two!

One of the beaches in Pattaya

Now, during a crisis, low prices for vacations are more relevant than ever; many tourists are reconsidering previously chosen destinations in favor of more budget-friendly places, for example, changing the more expensive islands of Thailand, such as Phuket, to Pattaya. Despite ours, I still think that a holiday here will be much more comfortable than in Anapa or Crimea, and the sea is still cleaner than in the Russian south or in Odessa. And, of course, it’s much warmer here in winter than in our south :) Which beach in Pattaya is the cleanest? Which Pattaya beach is best to choose for a beach holiday? Today I will tell you which of the beaches we visited in Pattaya was our favorite and why.

List of Pattaya beaches

Pattaya has 8 city beaches (from north to south):

  • Naklua Beach
  • Palm Beach
  • Wong Amat Beach
  • Pattaya Beach
  • Cozy Beach
  • Pratumnak Beach
  • Dongtan Beach
  • Jomtien Beach

Northern beaches of Pattaya

The northern beaches of Pattaya are considered the cleanest. Beach Naklua Beach stretches for 3 km, it is very quiet here, there are no cafes, shops, or hotels on the shore itself.

A little further south, in a small bay, there is a beach Palm Beach(but don’t look for thickets of coconut palms here, like in 🙂). On the cape near this beach there is the Temple of Truth (unfortunately, we did not have time to visit it).

Wongamat Beach- considered one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches in Pattaya. There are expensive hotels right on the seashore. If you want a quiet, relaxing beach holiday in Pattaya, I recommend choosing a hotel on this beach. Wongamat Beach is suitable for families and families with children.

Central Pattaya Beach - Pattaya Beach

The central beach of Pattaya is called Pattaya Beach , it stretches for 3 km from northern Pattaya to the Walking street entertainment street. The noisiest and most crowded place in the city!

Northernmost part of central Pattaya
The northernmost part of the central beach of Patatya - the shore is reinforced with bags, you can sunbathe, but swim...

The busy Beach Road runs adjacent to the beach. On one side of the road there is a beach, and on the other there is a developed infrastructure: hotels, shops, shopping centers, restaurants, bars.

There is a busy road near the central beach

A well-groomed palm alley stretches along the beach, along which I really enjoyed walking (this alley reminded me of our vacation in my beloved, there is a similar embankment in, but there it is longer and more comfortable). The only negative is that there are very few benches; there is simply nowhere to sit and relax. And yes, there are a lot of people :)

Along the central beach of Pattaya there is a wide, well-groomed pedestrian palm alley. But many are not stopped by the fact that the alley is pedestrian and they continue to ride their bikes along it!
I really liked the palm alley along the central beach of Pattaya!
There are, of course, a lot of people here, but there is room to pass :)
These funny dogs walk along the embankment in Pattaya
Palm trees 🙂
For some reason there are no benches along the alley: everyone rests on the parapets and on concrete structures near statues and monuments

The central beach of Pattaya itself did not make a very good impression on us: noisy, dusty, crowds of merchants, a lot of boats in the sea. The beach strip is quite narrow and almost entirely filled with umbrellas and chairs, which can be rented from 20 baht per day. The chairs are located close to each other. In February, before the Chinese New Year, i.e. in the high season, not even one third of the beach chairs were occupied on the beach, and it seemed that there were a lot of people. I wonder what happened in past years, when many more tourists came to Pattaya (still, this year the breath of crisis is felt; there are much fewer Russian-speaking vacationers and winterers in Thailand!).

On the beach they offer massages, manicures and pedicures, and water rides.

Here you will be offered a foot massage, manicure, pedicure...

There are not many people in the sea, but they strongly advise against swimming on the central beach of Pattaya, the sea in this bay is very dirty, although the sand seemed clean to me, and the beach itself is cleaned.

There are quite nice sections of the beach
The central beach in Pattaya is lined with boats. From here you can take a speedboat to the nearest island of Koh Larn

Mostly pensioners, or more precisely European pensioners, relax on the beaches of central Pattaya 🙂 There are no young people in sight, especially families with children, except perhaps only locals.

Beaches on Pratumnak Hill

On Pratumnak Hill, which is considered the elite, greenest and quietest area of Pattaya, the following beaches are distinguished (from north to south): Cozy beach, ,Pattaya beach park And Dongtan Beach . We lived a three-minute walk from Pratumnak beach. By the way, if you are looking for an inexpensive guest house in this area with a Russian hostess, I recommend taking a closer look at Victoria’s Guest House. Our review about it.

Along the beaches of Pratumnak, Pattaya Park and Dong Tan Beach there is a walking path in the shade of palm trees and conifers, which leads to the Jomtien area. But it’s far from a busy road, so these beaches are quiet, the air is not dusty or polluted.

A very pleasant walking path along the sea leads from Pratumnak to Jomtien
In some places along the path there are coniferous plants, and in some places there are palm trees. On the right is the fence of the Pattaya Park complex (water park, amusement park, restaurant, observation deck)

Dongtan Beach also called a gay beach, we didn’t get to it, so I can’t confirm or deny this information.

But the beach is next to the entertainment complex Pattaya Park

In the morning it looks like this. Quite cute and swimmable. You can rent a sun lounger for 50-100 baht, or you can sit in the shade of trees on your mat, no one forbids :)

Cozy Beach We liked it the most of all the Pattaya beaches we visited. It is located in a small bay. It got its name from the nearby Cozy Beach Hotel.

To get to this beach, you need to drive down towards the sea, following the sign for the Cozy Beach Hotel. You will pass a large-scale hotel construction site and see stairs down. In general, this area is being actively developed; it is difficult to imagine what will happen when all the houses, hotels and condos under construction are occupied. There will be traffic jams leaving the area, because the lanes in Pratamnak are quite narrow. And if public transport is still allowed there...

View of Cozy Beach
Hotel Cozy Beach

To get to Cozy Beach you have to go down a steep staircase. There is a cafe right on the beach that offers massages.

There are stairs leading to Cozy Beach
On the beach you can have lunch in one of the cafes
You will be offered a massage right away.

On the beach you can rent a sun lounger, or you can sit on your towel on the sand or near the stones.

You can sunbathe on the sun loungers...
...or maybe on the sand...
...or even go a little further and position yourself near the stones

The sea in this part of Pattaya is shallow; it will take a long time to get to the depths, especially at low tide. We found Cozy Beach clean, nice and very cozy. Of all the Pattaya beaches we examined, we would choose this one for a beach holiday.

Next to Cozy Beach is the excellent Royal Cliff Beach Hotel by Royal Cliff Hotels Group.

Southern beaches of Pattaya

Jomtien Beach– one of the most popular beaches among Russian tourists. Jomtien Beach stretches for many kilometers far to the south. There is a road along the beach (not as noisy and busy as in central Pattaya), behind the road there is all the necessary infrastructure: shops, restaurants, cafes, massage parlors. There is also a popular night market with tourists with cheap Thai and even Russian food!

Evening market in Pattaya with Thai and Russian (!) food

We didn’t spend enough time on Jomtien Beach; it so happened that we visited this part of the city either during the day on business for just a few minutes, or in the evening, when the beach was already not in its best shape.

Beaches of Koh Larn

For some reason, the beaches of Koh Larn are also considered to be the beaches of Pattaya :) You can read about them in.

And if possible, I advise you to travel from Pattaya for at least a few days to the islands or Ko Kood.

I told you how to get to Koh Chang island.

Read about our favorite beach on Koh Chang.

Be that as it may, if you can’t go to the islands, come and enjoy your holiday in Pattaya, because in the summer we swim in the Moscow River, but in Pattaya the sea is definitely cleaner :)

And for comparison: summer 2014, Moscow, people do not hesitate to swim in the Moscow River :)

Where is the clean sea in Pattaya? What are the best beaches in Pattaya? This question worries all tourists. So, don’t let him worry you anymore! After all, we toured all the beaches of Pattaya, swam and relaxed on each of them, and took many photos. All Pattaya beaches are different, with their pros and cons. We experienced all of them and compiled a rating of the best beaches in Pattaya.

During the time that we live in Thailand, we managed to travel around all the most famous beaches of Pattaya. We took photos at each of them, found out prices, checked where the sea was cleaner... And our main conclusion: the beaches of Pattaya are very interesting and varied! But it is important to take into account that the beaches of Pattaya, even the best, have one problem in common: the water there is cloudy. And some are also dirty. However, clean sea can also be found in Pattaya. Where? Let's not get ahead of ourselves)))

If you look at this photo for a long time, you can see beautiful mountains in the distance.

Pattaya beaches: how we chose the best

We rated the best beaches in Pattaya based on three indicators. Based on this assessment, we compiled our own ranking of Pattaya beaches. These are the indicators:

1) The cleanliness of the water on the beaches of Pattaya. It is important to understand that the purest turquoise water, like on Koh Lan or Similan, is simply not available on the city beaches of Pattaya. As a rule, the sea in Pattaya is muddy and muddy - at least within the city limits. Therefore, when rating the beaches of Pattaya based on the degree of water purity, I did not rate any beach higher than “four” (with a huge stretch). And if the score is even lower, it means that there is often a lot of garbage floating in the water on this Pattaya beach.

2) Landscape. Coming to different beaches in Pattaya, you will not see the same landscape anywhere. On some Pattaya beaches your eyes will be delighted by picturesque hills, on others - palm trees, on a third - a panoramic view of the island of Koh Larn, on others... In general, there are no beaches in Pattaya where there is nothing to see!

3) Infrastructure. On each of the Pattaya beaches you will be happy to be fed and watered. Exorbitantly expensive. But some Pattaya beaches are so conveniently located that from them you can easily walk to shops and inexpensive cafes. This is what we mean by infrastructure.

So, we bring to your attention Top 5 Pattaya beaches – those located within the city limits. Here you will find a rating of Pattaya beaches, photos and a short description. We will write more about the best beaches in Pattaya - with prices, detailed reviews and new photos - later.

Also on our website you will find articles about the amazing, clean beaches of Koh Larn, as well as beautiful white sand beaches in the vicinity of Pattaya (one of them is). In order not to miss these and our other articles about life and holidays in Pattaya, subscribe to new articles on our website. We share only the most interesting things with our readers!

Well, now to the point! The best beaches in Pattaya: Top 5 (plus photos and short description). So, our ranking of Pattaya beaches ends...

5th place: beach in central Pattaya (Pattaya Beach)

Water purity: 1
Landscape: 3
Infrastructure: 4

Having traveled all the beaches of Pattaya, you will not find dirtier water anywhere. It’s not surprising: in the Pattaya Beach area there is a pier, shopping centers, and bus stops... And there’s also a road running past the beach along which cars rush, which many tourists don’t like. But on the other hand, there are many shops along this road where you can buy water or food. There are also many stalls with cheap Thai food. But they are generally found in Pattaya at every turn.

Popular hotels near Pattaya Beach:

4th place: Jomtien Beach

Water purity: 2
Landscape: 2
Infrastructure: 5

Just like Pattaya Beach, Jomtien Beach is stretched along the road. But there are not many cars here, but the cafes are cheaper, and there are many shops and stores along the beach. The landscape on this Pattaya beach is not so picturesque: in the distance you can see the island of Ko Larn and the mountainous landscape of the Bang Sarai area.

Popular hotels near Jomtien Beach:

3rd place: Dong Tarn Beach

Water purity: 3
Landscape: 2
Infrastructure: 4

Pattaya beaches: in 3rd place is Dongtan, a rather nice place, which was chosen by nasty boys over 80. Do you see the rainbow flag? It's them.

The water on Dongtan is cleaner than on many other beaches in Pattaya. And there is no noisy road nearby. Because of this, to get food or water to shops you need to walk a little further than from Jomtien. But this Pattaya beach has one peculiarity: Dongtan is chosen by representatives of sexual minorities of all skin colors and ages (especially the elderly). It was them, the nasty ones, who poured water on us))) Therefore, if you are annoyed by mannered boys and no less mannered old men, then it is better to sunbathe on any other Pattaya beach.

Popular hotels near Dongtan Beach:

2nd place: Cozy Beach

Water purity: 3
Landscape: 4
Infrastructure: 3

Cozy Beach offers perhaps the best scenery. Therefore, in our ranking of Pattaya beaches it takes 2nd place.

Cozy Beach is located in a picturesque location at the foot of Pratumnak Hill. This Pattaya beach offers beautiful views of Koh Larn. However, Cozy Beach received a “C” for water purity, which is a stretch: from time to time, currents throw a lot of garbage into the coastal waters. To get cheap food from 7 eleven and Family Mart, you have to climb the steep stairs up the hill. By the way, it was near Cozy Beach that my brother and his wife lived when they came to Pattaya and we came with them.

One of the worthy options for spending time in Pattaya is the 6-kilometer Jomtien Beach, which is located 2 kilometers south of the city center. Experienced tourists say that this beach is a real salvation for those who attach importance to the cleanliness and transparency of the waters.

    Sand beach

    Pratumnak Beach

    South Pattaya, Pratumnak district

Pratumnak is one of the best beaches in Pattaya. Due to the distance from the main entertainment, it is much quieter here than on the central beaches and Jomtien. This is where families with children most often come. By the way, Russian-speaking tourists also love it very much.

Thailand is one of the most popular holiday destinations among our fellow citizens, and this is quite natural. For many years, we learned about the southern seas and oceans only from the books of Somerset Maugham, Rudyard Kipling, and rare films that miraculously made their way onto wide Soviet screens. Therefore, the unrelenting interest in exotic countries is understandable. They attract not only with their special cultural and historical uniqueness, different from the way of life and life in general for Europeans, but also with their amazing nature. First of all, we are going to Thailand to the sea - just swimming and sunbathing, diving, windsurfing and other water sports.

Pattaya in this case is an excellent option, because it is one of the most famous seaside resorts in Thailand. Its popularity began in the 60s, when it became a favorite vacation spot for American soldiers and sailors. Since then, the small fishing village has turned into a famous resort. It is located 150 km southeast of the capital Bangkok on the coast of the Gulf of Thailand. The city was named after the wind that blows before the rainy season from southwest to northeast. There is entertainment for every taste and budget: bars, restaurants, discos and various shows. Evening Pattaya is a sea of colorful lights, music, and the sound of the sea surf. But the main magnet for tourists is, of course, the beaches.

Pattaya Nua is one of the most ancient and picturesque areas of Pattaya. Local residents have been mining salt and fishing here for a long time. There are many shops selling handicrafts and famous local spices. All the shops in this area are private, passed down from generation to generation.

Pattaya's popularity began in the 60s, when it became a favorite vacation spot for American soldiers and sailors. Since then, the small fishing village has turned into a famous resort.

Naklua Beach is a calm, quiet place in the very north of Pattaya, the territory of a fishing bay, where the main activity of the local residents is fishing. In this area there is no noisy entertainment, luxurious crowded hotels, vibrant nightlife, like in South Pattaya, this place is ideal for those who prefer a calm, measured family vacation. There are no restaurants on the beach, there are shops where you can buy spices, fruits and drinks, and if you want to drink an aperitif, beer or cocktail, several bars are waiting for you.

Palm Beach is small, attracting with cleaner sea than in the center of Pattaya. Here is a local landmark - the wooden Temple of Truth. Wong Amat is a beautiful well-kept beach; its peculiarity is that the coastline is obscured by a strip of recently built hotels. This is a beach where people come to sunbathe and swim; sports are not particularly popular here.

The quiet north of Pattaya presents a striking contrast to its center - noisy, cheerful, diverse. If a quiet holiday is not for you, then come to Central Pattaya.

Pattaya Beach is the main beach of the city, it has the most people, water activities, and is also located next to Walking Street, the main place of entertainment for holidaymakers. It is full of shops, nightclubs, entertainment shows, bars and cafes. The cleanliness of the beach, however, leaves much to be desired; there are too many people here. However, lovers of active recreation will love this place.

Dongtan Beach is relatively clean compared to other beaches in South Pattaya. It gets its name from the rows of fan palms that grow along the coastline; in Thai, trees are “tan”. The road behind the beach is restricted to cyclists and public transport only, and Pattaya Park with a water park and carousels is located nearby.

Jomtien Beach is very popular among family tourists because it is located quite far from the city center and is even considered an independent settlement. Its length is 6 km, separated from Pattaya Bay by Buddha Hill. The area near the beach is occupied by hotels, so it is much calmer and quieter here than in the center. The place is ideal for families with children.

  • Where to stay: we say “Pattaya” - we mean “Pattaya Beach” - the main beach with a lot of entertainment for every taste, even the wildest, but far from the best quality of the beach itself. There are a carriage and a small cart of hotels here, mostly inexpensive and affordable. Quiet northern Naklua will appeal to lovers of silence and picturesque landscapes, and connoisseurs of cleanliness on the beach will appreciate Wong Amat with its more expensive hotels. Jomtien perfectly maintains the balance of clear water and proximity to the entertainment of the city, southern Jongtan and distant Pratamnak are good for complete fusion with fantastically beautiful nature.
  • What to see: more than a full range of “hot” entertainment awaits tourists on the street

Travelers from Russia have long associated a holiday in Thailand with a mandatory visit to Pattaya. This cozy resort town has gained great popularity due to its convenient location on the shores of the Gulf of Thailand and well-developed tourist infrastructure. It is in Pattaya that everyone can feel at home: almost all signs, menus, and ATMs are presented in Russian.

This is what the city beach in Pattaya looks like

Of course, not everything is perfect here, and in some areas you can encounter such not very pleasant phenomena as smog, garbage and a dirty sea. Therefore, it is better to study the most comfortable beaches of Pattaya in advance, so that later you can choose a hotel near them.

Detailed map of Pattaya showing all beaches

If you look at Pattaya on the map, you can see that this city consists of three main parts: northern, central and southern. The beaches in these areas are quite different from each other.

  • The northern part of Pattaya is rightfully considered one of the best places in the city for a quiet, relaxing holiday. There is little transport here, the beaches are clean and uncrowded;
  • The central part is more suitable for lovers of night club life. Swimming here is almost impossible due to garbage and a busy road near the beach;
  • The southern part has a good mix of lively bars and restaurants with good beaches. A separate pride of the southern region is Pratamnak Hill, where lush tropical vegetation and several small beaches for secluded relaxation have been preserved.

Wongamat Beach

Wongamat Beach is located in North Pattaya. Among the main advantages are:

There are no banana boats, water scooters or other noisy entertainment here. Only sea, sun and pleasant atmosphere. Wong Amat is surrounded on all sides by modern high-rise hotels.
Since they all have a harmonious architecture, there is no “concrete jungle” effect. Rooms in nearby hotels are quite expensive by Thai standards: you can expect from 3-4 thousand baht per day.

Hotel building with a swimming pool in Pattaya

However, it is not at all necessary to choose a hotel in the immediate vicinity of Wongamata: everyone is allowed on the beach. There are simply no serious disadvantages to the beach, but, nevertheless, there are several disadvantages:
  1. There are no cheap grocery stores like 7-11 or Family mart nearby. Of course, you can always have lunch at one of the nearby cafes. But if you just want to buy a bottle of water or ice cream, you can spend a lot of time searching.
  2. There are not many sun loungers, and there are often not enough for everyone.

Crescent beach

If you move further north from Wongamata, you can find a secluded place with a beautiful name - Crescent Beach (Crescent Beach). Even during the tourist season from December to March, it is not very crowded.
Crescent Beach is the quietest beach in Pattaya. It is often forgotten to be mentioned in guidebooks and is not always marked on the map.

Clean and deserted Crescent Beach

However, this is an ideal place to relax alone or with a small group in the lap of nature. There are several attractions near the beach that are definitely worth a visit:

  1. Temple of Truth. This is the only temple in Thailand that is made of wood. It resembles a huge fairy-tale tower, where you can meet amazing fantastic creatures from myths and legends. The entrance ticket costs 500 baht.
  2. A small water park on the territory of the Centara Grand Hotel. The slides and pools of the water park are skillfully stylized to resemble natural waterfalls and lakes.

The tourist infrastructure near Crescent Beach is rather poorly developed compared to other areas of Pattaya. This also has its advantages - you can take a break from the tireless Thai merchants who are constantly offering their goods and services. However, some benefits of civilization exist here:

Jomtien Beach

Jomtien is the largest beach in Pattaya. It stretches as a continuous sandy strip for six kilometers. To get to Jomtien, you need to drive to South Pattaya. Direct flights of local open minibuses do not go here, so you need to make a transfer. Let's give the simplest route.

Jomtien is a fairly clean beach, but inferior to the coast of North Pattaya. Compared to it, the following disadvantages immediately catch your eye:

  • Garbage in Jomtien is also removed, but not as quickly. After the weekend, on Monday morning you can often see bottles and bags left over from picnics;
  • A road runs along the beach. And although it is not as lively as in Central Pattaya, you should not expect a full-fledged outdoor recreation here.

However, Jomtien's pros often outweigh it, and many tourists live here for months at a time.

  • clean sandy strip and clear sea;
  • a beautiful shady grove of fan palms where you can hide from the sun;
  • toilets and showers (unfortunately, beaches in Pattaya are very rarely equipped with these benefits of civilization);
  • distance from the highway;
  • jet ski rental;
  • rescue service, which will come to the rescue in case of emergency.

Sun loungers on Dongtan Beach

The best time to swim in Dongtan is during the day before sunset. At dusk, sea urchins often gather here. It happens that the entire bottom is literally strewn with these creatures, and you can only swim in flip-flops or sandals.

Now the moment has come when it’s time to collect all the beaches of Pattaya in one article, leave your reviews about each and give a rating.
I don’t pretend to be objective, since the beaches of Pattaya, their appearance, and occupancy depend on the season.
If you are going to Pattaya on vacation and are thinking about which area to choose, this article about Pattaya beaches will help you make your choice.

All Pattaya beaches in detail:

Having visited all the beaches of Pattaya many times, I can say with confidence that you can swim on the beaches of Pattaya. Yes, the sand is not as white as on Samet,
(in Pattaya it is yellow everywhere), but in Pattaya there are clean beaches with clear water.

Dongtan is also considered the beach of the LGBT community. That's right, part of Dongtan beach is really occupied by kissing men.
If this sight is unpleasant for you, just walk a little further. The blue part of the beach starts at the very beginning of Dongtan (from the intersection with
Jomtien) and ends after 100 meters.

Dongtan beach is quite clean. In summer it is generally almost flawless and it is pleasant to look at it and walk along this beach.
I can also please mothers with children and strollers; there is a walking path along Dongtan Beach, along which you can walk to the hotel
Royal Beach View. It is long and has no traffic. (There are hours restricting the entry of vehicles).

The entrance to the sea on Dongtan is gentle, you can swim with children, there are many Russian vacationers from the neighboring hotels of Pattaya Park and other adjacent hotels.
There are sun loungers, watercraft rentals, you can go kite riding, in general everything is nice and positive.
I advise families, as well as people with limited mobility, who will find it difficult to move in other areas,
There are almost no sidewalks anywhere in Pattaya.

Cozy Beach and Royal Cliff Hotel Beach

All beaches in Thailand are public. Or rather, not so, they all belong to the King, and he, in turn, allows the people to use any beach at their discretion.
But you will encounter misunderstandings when you try to explain this to the security guard at the Royal Cliff Hotel or the Dusit Thani Hotel, as indeed
guards of all other beaches adjacent to expensive hotels.

I'm sorry to disappoint people who paid through the nose to stay at Centara Grand, but in my opinion the beach there is just terrible.
Muddy dump, heaps of garbage, waste runoff.

And the hotel itself looks like a Turkish one - a lot of people, ala - all inclusive. It doesn't look like Thailand at all.

Beach near Asia Hotel and Cabbage and Condoms Hotel

, which you just won’t get to if you don’t know about it.
It is impossible to wander onto it by chance from neighboring beaches, since the beach at the Asia Hotel is surrounded by rocks and is located in a tiny bay.

There is only about 100 meters of beach and not many people.
It’s clean, beautiful, there are sun loungers for 50 – 80 baht, there are 2 cafes, I wrote about it as the best beach in Pattaya, which it is in the off-season. During the season (from November to March) it loses some of its charm because people drive up.
Well, the rest of the year it’s perfect for a family holiday. There are no people, the sea is clear, beautiful!

Beaches on Jomtien – Ambassador, Dor Shada

Na Jomtien hotels – Dor Shada, Ravindra, Botany Beach, Ambassador

If you happen to get to Pattaya through the Ambassador Hotel, it's not all bad. No, it’s bad, of course, because Ambassador
is located outside the city of Pattaya, from there it is quite a chore to get to the center and you are essentially confined to this piece of land.
But the beach at the Ambassador and adjacent hotels is quite tolerable.
