Beach holiday in seaside Crimea. Rest in Primorsky Rest in Crimea, Primorsky village

The resort village of Primorsky is located on East Coast Crimea, 15 km. from Feodosia. The village was founded as a working settlement for employees of the More plant. The same plant where hovercraft were produced in Soviet times.

Today Primorsky is developing as beach resort. Since this only happens in last years, there are not many hotels and mini-hotels here yet.

It's calm inexpensive resort Crimea. We can recommend a holiday here for families with children, elderly tourists and those looking for a less crowded place.

Primorsky village

Infrastructure of Primorsky

It cannot be said that there is no civilization at all in the village. And even, on the contrary, Primorsky is better developed in terms of infrastructure than some other villages on the peninsula. There are enough shops here, there are supermarkets, many cafes and restaurants. There are even nightclubs. The tourist infrastructure is concentrated on the embankment. Most of establishments are open only during peak season - that is, from July to August. The rest of the time it’s peace and quiet here.

The only point that I have already mentioned is that there are practically no hotels and boarding houses in Primorskoye. Accommodation for tourists is represented by the private sector and apartments.

There are no attractions in Primorsky, so I won’t even write a separate subheading. For excursions you will have to go, at a minimum, to neighboring Feodosia.

Beaches of Primorsky

In fact, the beach strip stretches from Primorsky to Feodosia itself. The best, cleanest and most comfortable (albeit wild) beaches are outside the village, towards Beregovoe.

There are several beaches in the village itself. Peschanka Beach begins behind the military unit. Quite a good option for family vacation. The multi-kilometer beach strip, although not equipped, does have a cafe. And the bottom is flat and sandy, the depth is shallow. It is also convenient that you can drive to the beach by car.

50 meters from the embankment there is a small sandy Children's Beach. The name speaks for itself. The bottom here is sandy, shallow and flat. The beach is equipped with canopies, and you can rent a sun lounger.

At the entrance to Primorsky - sand beach Kafuz. This beach has slides and you can ride a catamaran or jet ski.

How to get to Primorsky

If you arrive by plane, you will need to get from the airport to the Simferopol bus station. Here you take the bus to Feodosia, and from Feodosia you can take a minibus to Primorsky.

The village of Primorsky belongs to the urban district of Feodosia. Located on the eastern coast of Crimea. Has a convenient transport connection with Feodosia, Simferopol and other cities of the peninsula. It is not very popular among tourists, so it is suitable for an inexpensive, quiet and relaxing holiday by the sea.

Rest in Primorskoe

The village of Primorsky has a fairly developed infrastructure. However, there are not many modern comfortable hotels located here. For budget tourists, this is a plus, since you can rent accommodation for a nominal fee.

The main advantage of this place is its wide sandy beaches. They create a landscape that you can admire for a long time.

The embankment has everything tourists need. These are cafes, bars, nightclubs, banks, small shops, a large supermarket. The embankment is the center of life of the entire village. It should be taken into account that this vibrant summer life is active here only in July and August, when there is a large influx of tourists.

Those who come to the village during the off-peak season, for example, in June or already in the fall, observe a different picture. To many, due to the lack of entertainment, it seems gray and dull.

For those who want to plunge into the vibrant nightlife, we can advise going to neighboring Feodosia in the evenings.

History of the village

At first, on the site of modern Primorsky there was the village of Dalnie Kamyshi. It was first mentioned at the beginning of the nineteenth century. Then, during the period of five-year plans and mass industrialization, a shipbuilding plant was founded near it. The scale of this production gradually expanded. New housing was required for workers, engineers and other personnel. It was built next to Kamyshi. Gradually, a new microdistrict emerged, which became the center of a new village - Primorsky, and the village became part of it.

With the collapse of the USSR, the plant reduced its production capacity, and Primorsky became a place of recreation and tourism.

About the village:

  • Population: 12,560 people.
  • Index: 298176 and 298177
  • Telephone code 36562
  • Length: length coastline about 6.5 km. Village area 20 km²
  • Infrastructure: the village is located on the Kerch-Feodosia highway, 15 km from the regional center - Feodosia and 86 km from Kerch. There are two post offices and a bank.

Nature and climate

The climate is favorable, close to the Mediterranean. The fact that the terrain here is steppe, breezes dominate, and there is a similarity with the continental climate.

In July-August, the daytime temperature here is more than +30 degrees C. Humidity is moderate.

Attractions

Primorsky does not have any special historical attractions. People come here simply to enjoy the sea. But there are natural monuments.

Located nearby, which offers a beautiful view of the coast. Within the city limits you can see a large salt Lake Adzhigol. Not far away (44 km) is the village of Vulkanovka, named because of the nearby Jau Tepe volcano.

Note: The volcano is active, but now “dormant”. However, it erupted several decades ago.

Behind the cape there are the famous Opuk rocks (), reminiscent of the bows of ships, for which they received the name “Ghosts of Lost Ships”.

Beaches in Primorskoye

Sandy beach, and starts from Feodosia itself and ends in Primorskoye. Many travelers stay here overnight when they decide to cover the entire route. The shore is quite long and low, so tourists’ feet are washed by sea water, which is a temptation to stop and lie on the sands right here. Very convenient for families with children.

In the southern part of the village - concrete beaches. Previously, they were well equipped - with concrete slopes, places for relaxation and sunbathing. These conditions did not persist. The structures were broken by waves and are now dangerous due to protruding reinforcement. Despite this, there are those who like to relax here. Moreover, it is not a hill covered with grass where you can sunbathe. And the water is clear and clean.

Concerning wild beaches , then they are sandy, up to 30 m wide, located over a large area - from Feodosia to Primorsky. There is no recreational infrastructure here, but many come here to enjoy nature and silence.

Fans of private (closed) beaches can receive such services if they become guests of the Katyusha, Villa Nymphaeum, and Primorsky Dvorik hotels. In the northern part there is private beach boathouses.

Entertainment

You can go jet skiing. The large size of the bay sea and the lack of traffic of boats and ships there allow you to drive with the breeze without restrictions.

There are standard cafes, bars, etc. on the beach.

Where to stay

The hotel closest to the sea is Primorsky Dvorik. Room rates start from 1,500 rubles per day per person. Guest House Uyut is a guest house, also located on the shore. Separate rooms are available for rent and have their own kitchen. Breakfast is included in the price. Price – 2400 rubles/day.

GPS Coordinates: Latitude/Longitude

Primorsky and Beregovoe- two closest suburbs of Feodosia, which in the last decade have turned into a single full-fledged resort area with developed infrastructure. Both villages are located on the Black Sea coast very close to each other, they are separated by two estuary lakes - Kuchuk-Adzhigol and Adzhigol. Without exaggeration, we can say that Primorsky and Beregovoye are one of the most popular resort villages in Crimea. The thing is that for many years the main road passed through these villages. transport route, connecting mainland Russia and Crimea, many thousands of tourists traveled along this road, and it was in Primorskoe and Beregovoe that they first saw the Black Sea with wide sandy beaches from the windows of their cars. Few people resisted the temptation to stay here for at least a day or two. Those who are particularly attracted to this corner of Crimea come to the Beregovoye area from year to year. Now the entire flow of traffic goes along the new road, bypassing Primorsky and Beregovoye, but this will not at all reduce the popularity and advantages of these resorts, but quite the opposite, because earlier in the summer There has always been a real transport collapse here, but now the situation will become much more “resort” and calm.

Rest in Primorskoe and Beregovoe. The main common distinguishing feature of both resort villages is the presence of spacious sandy beaches in the area. Many private and departmental mini-hotels and boarding houses have been built along the seashore; the flat terrain allows you to easily cover already short distances. Thus, holidays with children here are especially convenient. The sea is much cleaner than in the central part of Feodosia, the bottom is quite flat and safe, at the same time, the depth increases faster than in Anapa, which is appreciated by adult tourists. It should be noted that in terms of the quality of beaches, the village of Beregovoe is still superior to Primorsky. Within Primorskoe, the beaches are narrower and rockier, but just walk a hundred or two meters in any direction along the sea, and you find yourself on comfortable, spacious beaches.

Village infrastructure. When summer begins, life literally boils in both villages. Cafes, restaurants and retail shops are opening in the seaside area, the beaches are stocked with sun loungers, umbrellas and mushrooms, and agents are coming to sell excursions. There is a dolphinarium and amusement park in Beregovoe. Both villages offer private hotels, guest houses and boarding houses for every taste and budget. Turnkey apartments are also available for rent in Primorskoye. Holiday prices in this area are lower than in South Coast Crimea. Transport accessibility is excellent: 10 minutes by car - and you are in the center of the legendary Feodosia, 50 minutes way to Kerch and Crimean bridge, numerous suburban and intercity buses, on which you can get to any point in Crimea and southern Russia. History of the village.

One of the largest Crimean resort villages, which appeared as a result of the merger of several villages.
Initially, a settlement was located on this territory Hafuz. In 1938, construction began near the settlement shipyard and a workers' settlement, called South Point. With the outbreak of the Great Patriotic War, the project was suspended, and the machines and personnel were evacuated inland.
After the end of hostilities, the plant was restored, and South Point and Hafuz became part of the newly formed village.
With the development of the sanatorium and resort sector holiday in Primorskoye gain popularity. Today it is one of the largest Crimean mini-resorts, where vacationers from all over Russia flock.

A relatively young village cannot boast as many attractions as, for example, the ancient one. However, there is something to do here too:

  • Lovers of history and archeology can visit the sites of ancient people located in Chernaya Balka tract, northeast of the village. According to archaeologists, their age is 10-6 thousand years BC.
  • Horse, foot and boat trips. For those wishing to get acquainted with the surroundings of the village, various excursion walks are organized, during which you can see the mysterious Kara-Dag or get to know the flora and fauna of Crimea better.
  • Beach lovers will be offered a lot of water attractions: from banana boat rides to parachute flights behind a boat or water skiing.
  • Didn't go unnoticed night life- There are also discos in the village, where incendiary parties take place every evening.

The first reason why people come to vacation is the sea. Enjoy swimming and beach holiday possible from the end of June, when the water warms up to 20-21 °C. Like, it is famous for its “golden”. All beach areas of the village are free, there are several equipped beaches:

  • "Hafuz". A long sandy beach located right at the entrance to the village. There are changing cabins.
  • "Children's". Located next to the central pier. For the safety of children, restrictive plates are installed on the beach. The bottom is sandy, with a gradual decline.
  • "Pebble". Sandy and pebble beach area located at the exit of the village. The distance from the center makes this beach less crowded than its “neighbors”.

For those who wish to relax alone, long sandy strips stretch on both sides of the village - wild beaches.

Primorsky, like any Crimean resort, offers all kinds of options for living alone, with family or just in a noisy company.

  1. . You can choose an inexpensive apartment or a small house. Most of the options will provide you with a panoramic view from the window and the presence of a parking lot as a pleasant addition.
