To obtain a visa, all Russian citizens over the age of 12 must undergo the procedure of taking biometric data (10 fingerprints and digital photography).
The procedure for collecting biometric data is carried out once every five years and is valid for all Consulates of the Schengen countries.
Visas issued after September 14, 2015 will be marked VIS (Visa Information System).
Submitting a set of documents to the visa center to obtain a visa and completing the biometric data collection procedure carried out strictly one day.
It is impossible to submit documents for a visa to a visa center in Moscow, and submit biometric data to a visa center in another city in Russia.
Resident tourists can apply for a visa at the visa center in Moscow in the Central, Southern, Far Eastern, Siberian, Ural, Volga and North Caucasus Federal Districts.

Tourists those who have applied for a visa on their own must, before the start of their trip, send a scan of your valid visa to the manager's email address.

2 weeks before departure:
- international passport with a validity period of at least 3 months from the date of end of the trip with the signature of the tourist, the passport must have 2 blank pages for the issued visa;
- copy ALL pages foreign passport (on an A4 sheet there are 2 spreads on both sides of the sheet, i.e. 4 spreads on one sheet);
- originals previous foreign passports and copies everyone pages

- questionnaire (the form must be filled out by hand or on a computer, signed by the tourist, signed for minors by one of the parents or guardians);
- statement about issuing a Schengen visa (print on two sheets on both sides. Do not fill out the application! Put only four signatures: three signatures - in paragraph 37 and one - on the last page in the “Signature” column, for minors signed by one of the parents or guardian);
- certificate from the place of study for schoolchildren (for graduates - the applicant is indicated in the application form), for students- copy of student ID;
- a copy of all pages of the internal passport(on an A4 sheet, 2 spreads on both sides of the sheet);
- for minors – copy of birth certificate;
- for minors – a copy of the notarized consent of both parents to travel outside the Russian Federation (following the example)(in the absence of one of the parents, provide explanatory documents: a copy of the death certificate, a police certificate, a certificate from the registry office stating that the father’s record was made “according to the mother’s words”, a court decision on deprivation of parental rights);
- for minors - a copy of the completed pages of the internal passport of both parents(on an A4 sheet, 2 spreads on both sides of the sheet);
- FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS:
If the trip is paid for by a sponsor:
- sponsorship letter from the person paying for the trip to printed form (according to the model );
- Certificate of employment on company letterhead(issued one month before the start of the trip) indicating the position and salary of the person paying for the trip ( for individual entrepreneur- a copy of the certificate of inclusion in the unified state register, a copy of the certificate of registration with the tax authority);
- certificate of currency purchase at the rate of 90 euros per day or bank account statement(on a stamped form) or a copy of the credit card with statement. These documents must be issued one month before the start of the trip;
- copy of the sponsor's internal passport (copy of page with personal data and page with registration, 2 spreads on one page).
FOR ADULTS- if you have a bank account in the name of the tourist, an account statement on letterhead with a stamp is sufficient (no documents from the sponsor are required)!!!
