It already cannot boast of being crowded even during the peak season, which is why it is considered the cleanest. The reason for this is a somewhat steep bank and a large area compared to other recreation areas: the length reaches 2.5 kilometers and the width is 15 meters.

But not all of this territory is suitable for accommodation: in some places the strip of shore narrows to a minimum, and in some places it is overgrown with reeds. The main thing is to successfully decide on a parking spot so that you can grab the velvety yellow sand and find a convenient entrance to the water.

In general, the bottom is flat and flat, not covered with algae. There are no jellyfish here either, so feel free to take your children with you on vacation. Another plus is that the bay is closed. It is protected from strong gusts of wind and high waves by two capes located on the edges - Zmeiny and Yenikale.

There are no rental sunbeds and umbrellas on the shore, no toilets, no changing cabins, no lifeguards, no doctors, and even less attractions. It’s easier to list what is there: “Traps” is a green beach surrounded by trees and shrubs. By the way, it will help solve a number of problems (without abuse, of course!), and everything else will need to be brought with you. Fortunately, there is a fairly developed private sector nearby, in which there are several shops with a variety of goods. It is also proposed to rent housing here, a five-minute walk from the sea. It will be much cheaper than in the center of Kerch, where you can go on an excursion at any time and then return back to this quiet place.

Beach "Youth" (Kerch)

And this place is considered the greenest and most picturesque in the city. It is located in the area of ​​the popular city park named after. Voykov, where not only city guests, but also local residents like to relax. You can walk straight from the park to the beach. Its name was not chosen by chance - young people really prefer to relax here, although older tourists will definitely like it here too.

In addition, families with children feel quite comfortable here. The gentle slope into the water and shallow depth, thanks to which the water warms up well, attract parents with little tourists here. The beach is small: its length is just over twenty meters and its width is about five. But this is quite enough to sit on a sun lounger, and on the second level, where there are tables, gazebos and barbecues, you can take a break from the hot sun and have a little snack.

The beach received this name in honor of the microdistrict on the eastern outskirts of the city, where it is located on the shores of the warm Azov Sea. The coast here is high and quite steep, which is not very typical for a city like Kerch. The beaches, created by nature in some areas, are small but very cozy, covered with sand and shell rock. Most of them are narrow and short (from ten to one hundred meters).

The bottom is flat and level. Despite the fact that the Kapkana residential area is densely built up with private houses, there is practically no infrastructure here; these beaches can rather be called wild. Local residents do not rest here because the descent into the water is steep and often dangerous.

It is also important that jellyfish are not found here either, so small children can swim here without unnecessary stress. The location of the beach between two capes, Yeni-Kale and Zmeiny, protects it from strong winds and guarantees the absence of high waves. The sand here is fine and pleasant; sharp stones are rare.

In short, Kapkany is a good choice for a family holiday. Of course, due to the lack of infrastructure, you will have to take with you all the equipment you need, as well as food and drinks, but for those who love silence and solitude, this is a reasonable price to pay for peace. However, due to the fact that the beach is located next to residential areas, a lot can be bought in local shops, of which there are plenty on the streets of the area adjacent to the coastline.
