I hereby, being the Customer of tourist services included in the tourism product, and the authorized representative of the persons (tourists) specified in the Application, give consent to the Agent and his authorized representatives to process my data and the data of persons (tourists) contained in the Application: last name, name, patronymic, date and place of birth, gender, citizenship, series, passport number, other passport data indicated in the passport; residence and registration address; home and mobile phone; E-mail address; as well as any other data relating to my identity and the identity of the persons specified in the Application, to the extent necessary for the implementation and provision of tourism services, including those included in the tourism product generated by the Tour Operator, for any action (operation) or set of actions ( operations) performed with my personal data and the data of the persons specified in the Application, including (without limitation) collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data, as well as the implementation of any other actions provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, using automation tools, including in information and telecommunication networks, or without the use of such means, if the processing of personal data without the use of such means corresponds to the nature of the actions (operations) performed with personal data using automation tools, that is, it allows, in accordance with a given algorithm, a search for personal data recorded on a tangible medium and contained in file cabinets or other systematized collections of personal data, and/or access to such personal data, as well as the transfer (including cross-border) of this personal data to the Tour Operator and third parties - partners of the Agent and the Tour Operator.
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Agent and his authorized representatives (Tour Operator and direct service providers) for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement (including, depending on the terms of the agreement - for the purpose of issuing travel documents, booking rooms in accommodation facilities and with carriers, transferring data to consulate of a foreign state, resolving claim issues when they arise, submitting information to authorized government bodies (including at the request of courts and internal affairs bodies)).
I hereby confirm that the personal data provided by me to the Agent is reliable and can be processed by the Agent and his authorized representatives.
I hereby give my consent to the Agent and Tour Operator to send me emails/information messages to the email address and/or mobile phone number I have provided.

Early booking of tours is the choice of those who know how to plan their vacation in advance and at the same time save money. If you probably know the time of your vacation or want to get a trip to a luxury hotel with affordable prices, then early booking of tours for 2019‑2020 is your main assistant.

Booking dates: from 11/01/2016 to 03/31/2017, arrival dates: from 04/01/2017 to 10/31/2017. A minimum prepayment of 10% of the tour cost and savings of up to 50% make the purchase of a summer trip especially attractive. Destinations that participate in the early booking promotion: Turkey, Russia, Bulgaria, Spain, Cyprus, Greece, Montenegro, Croatia, Italy. Terms of payment for tours under the “Early booking - Summer 2017” promotion
- Low price guarantee when booking tours from 11/01/2016 to 01/31/2017. In the event of a price reduction in USD* during the period from the date of booking until 14 days before the start date of the tour in Turkey, and 28 days before the start date of the tour in all other destinations, it will recalculate the cost of the tour upon receipt of a request;
- Prepayment - only 10% of the tour cost;
- 90% - full payment for the tourism product is made within the following terms:
- in the direction of Türkiye - no later than 14 days before the start date of the trip;
- in all directions except Turkey - no later than 30 days before the start date of the trip; - When booking tours for regular flights on any dates in all directions, a prepayment of 50% must be made;
In case of violation of payment deadlines, the application will be canceled unilaterally with the actual costs incurred.
Conditions during the period of the “Early booking - Summer 2017” promotion
It is allowed to replace tourists without changing the type of accommodation until 03/31/2017. In this case, the data of one of the tourists in the application must be unchanged (the condition does not apply to single occupancy).
- If changes are made to the tour parameters before 03/31/2017 (dates, travel dates, hotel/type of excursion tour, room type, type of food or type of accommodation), a service fee of 20 USD* (Russia - 1200 rubles) will be charged. and the application is recalculated at daily prices on the date of the changes.
Any changes to the application (change of dates, travel dates, hotel/type of excursion tour, type of room, type of food, replacement of tourist and accommodation) after the end of the “Early Booking” promotion are carried out exclusively upon request, and a service fee of 20 USD will be charged. .e.*(Russia - 1200 rubles), and the application is recalculated at daily prices.
- Replacement of all tourists is equivalent to cancellation of the tour.
- Cancellation of the order is carried out with deduction of the FPR**. A service fee of 30 USD* (Russia - 2000 RUB) is charged regardless of the possible FPR**.
- The Early Booking promotion cannot be combined with other promotions;
- Prices for the Early Booking promotion do not apply to groups (more than 25 people) and individual tours;
- If the cost of the tour increases by adding additional services, changing the room category to a higher one, or increasing the duration of the tour, no service fees are charged.
