A new microdistrict will be built in Sokolniki! In the capital's Sokolniki district, a new modern residential area will be built on the site of the Mitkovo railway station, next to the Auchan Sokolniki store. It will appear on a site bounded on the west by the Mitkovskaya railway line, on the north by Lobachika Street, on the east by Shumkina and Malenkovskaya streets, and on the south by Rusakovskaya Street.
Shumkina Street will have access to Rusakovskaya Street, and from Lobachika Street it will be possible to go through a tunnel to the Third Ring Road. Under the railway tracks there will be a passage to the Alekseevsky Monastery and another pedestrian crossing to the Auchan store in Sokolniki. The railway line in this area will be placed in a noise-insulating pipe. The timing of the project has not been announced.
