A new cottage made of calibrated logs can accommodate up to 10 people. Wood-burning sauna, boat, barbecue, gazebo, water skis are included in the price of renting a house. Rent a boat - pay only for gas! Holiday home with sauna and river views, located in Tuloksa village. Distance to St. Petersburg - 310 km, to Olonets - 30 km, to Petrozavodsk - 170 km, to Sortavala 170 km. The total area of ​​the plot is 4000 sq. m. In the house on the ground floor: a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen-living room with a gas stove, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, dishes and cutlery, a TV with cable channels, a toilet room with a toilet, a sink and a shower with toiletries, stairs to the second floor. On the second floor: two bedrooms with two single beds, one bedroom for three people with a double and a single bed. If necessary, there is a baby cot. On the second floor there is also a toilet with a sink and toilet. All guests are provided with bed linen and bath towels, hand towels in the toilets, dish towels in the kitchen and the necessary detergents and cleaning products. A wood-burning stove is used for heating and creating a comfortable climate. The firebox with a glass door is located in the living room. Electric heated floors are provided as additional heating on the first floor, and wall-mounted electric heaters with temperature controllers are installed in the bedrooms on the second floor. The sauna (bath) with a wood-burning stove is a separate building 15 meters from the river, consisting of a steam room, washing room and changing room. 4-5 people can use it at the same time. Meals are on your own. Five kilometers away in the village of Tuloksa there is a grocery store where you can buy the necessary products, as well as some household goods. Fifteen kilometers away, in the village of Ilyinskoye, there are two Pyaterochka stores, a Magnit store, a Meat store, several more grocery and hardware stores, as well as a pharmacy. In the village of Tuloksa you can buy milk, potatoes, and berries from local residents. mushrooms, and fishermen - fish. True, berries and mushrooms can be picked in the forest, and fish can be caught in the river or in Lake Ladoga. On the shore there is a gazebo with a table and benches, there is also a barbecue with skewers and a grill, and a smokehouse. You must bring your own coals. There is no sandy beach near the house. Near the shore the bottom is muddy, further from the shore the bottom is sandy. It is convenient to enter the water on concrete slabs, which go into the water from the shore and are used for launching boats from trailers. You can also enter the river from the pier. The current in the river is very weak (1-2 km/hour), the water is warm and very soft. There are two rowing boats and a speedboat available.
