When is the best time to go?

Laourou Beach, also known as Corallia Beach, is located north along the coast from Coral Bay Beach. These two beaches are separated by a small limestone cape, on which there are a couple of hotels and one of the attractions of Coral Bay - the Museum of the Mycenaean Colonization of Cyprus Maa - Palaiokastro.
Lauru Beach has mostly fine sand that is pleasant to the touch. The color of the sand ranges from yellow to gray. The beach is cleaned regularly. However, on the beach you can see natural debris (algae) and small household waste (cigarette butts, bottle caps).
The entry into the sea is sandy and gentle, the depth does not set in immediately, which makes this beach a good place to relax with small children.
The beach also has all the necessary infrastructure. There is a restaurant, cafe and shop, a pier and a water entertainment agency.
Other beaches and coast of Coral Bay
In the wider Coral Bay area there is another beach called Community Beach of Kissonerga or Potima, located south of Coral Bay Beach and bordering the village of Kissonerga. However, this beach is not so popular among tourists. The beach is open, so there are often waves on the beach.
On the beach there are pebbles mixed with sand. The beach is equipped only in places; at the very beginning of the beach there are sun loungers and parasols, a sports ground, changing rooms, showers and toilets.
The rest of the coast, north and south of Coral Bay, is characterized primarily by rocky headlands and sea caves.
The main tourist street of Coral Bay
The most developed tourist part of Coral Bay is located near the street of the same name, Coral Bay Avenue, starting approximately from the Crown Resorts Horizon Hotel and to the ring in the southern part of the street. It is here, along the street, that there are cafes and restaurants, shops and souvenir shops, tour agencies and other places of leisure. Attractions of Peyia
Coral Bay, together with the whole of Peyia, cannot boast of attractions. Of the famous:

What to see around Coral Bay
Kato Paphos
Of course, this is, first of all, Pathos. After all, it is the historical center of Paphos that is rich in attractions. The bulk of the attractions of Paphos are concentrated in the Kato Paphos area, near the Harbor and the central beaches, and represent valuable historical and architectural monuments, most of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
Lara Beach
Lara Beach is located north along the coast from Coral Bay.

The Cypriot city of Paphos and its surroundings are famous for their beaches. Most of them are pebbly or mixed with shell rock. Closer to the edge of the Maa-Paleokastro peninsula there is the Mycenaean settlement of Cyprus Museum and an active archaeological site. This very small museum was built on the site of excavations of an ancient settlement of the Mycenaean Greeks, who found refuge in Cyprus after the fall of the Mycenaean kingdom.
