I would like to say a few words in defense of the hotel...
Before the trip, I read a lot of reviews about the hotel and many negative ones. I would like to note that not everything is as bad as it seems. Yes, this is not Deluxe. But it doesn’t cost like a real Deluxe!!! And it's definitely worth the money! Honestly, the biggest minus of the hotel is great amount Russians and citizens of neighboring countries, who for some reason believe that everyone here owes them something “for that kind of money” and therefore considers it normal to be rude to hotel employees and vacationers, to occupy other people’s sunbeds, to carry half the buffet in their purse, demand several towels on one card, try soup from a common ladle and much more... It would be funny if it weren’t so sad. Leo Tolstoy also wrote: “The only thing you are afraid of is meeting your compatriots abroad!” This does not apply to everyone, but there are some individuals! People, be kinder and the world will smile at you!)))

Perhaps the lyrics will suffice. Now everything is in order...

Six of us traveled (4 adults and 2 children: 8 + 2). We arrived in Antalya at 19.30. It took 2 hours to get to the hotel, including a 20-minute stop (although we took a private transfer). We were at the hotel around 10 pm. If you have booked a room in Harmony, then you need to go to the reception there. We didn’t know for sure, so we went to the main building - the Resort, from where we were taken by electric car with all our suitcases to our Harmony. Checked in very quickly! We asked for rooms nearby. They gave us rooms on the ground floor almost opposite. The children constantly ran to their grandparents.

We had 2 standard rooms. Almost the same. Small, 1 double and 1 single bed. Therefore, the eldest son often stayed overnight with his grandparents. The youngest was given a small playpen. The room has a kettle with all the necessary accessories, shower gel-liquid soap-shampoo-conditioner (but we mostly used our own), cotton pads and swabs, shower caps, sewing kit, sponge for shoes. In general, all those pleasant little things that will always come in handy. Slippers and bathrobes were brought upon request. Well, specifically, we had a huge balcony (compared to grandma’s - 3 times larger) + our room overlooked the Terrace Bar, which also made it a VIP box for the evening music program. You take drinks from the bar and into your box. True, there is a downside to this: the music screams until 23.00 - 23.30 and even a tightly closed balcony does not save. May bother some. But our youngest was so tired during the day that he immediately fell asleep to this roar (in fact, like everyone else). Another minus - the air conditioners did not work in both rooms!!! We didn’t need them, but in the summer I think it will be essential! Therefore, immediately check: a snowflake should be lit on the remote control, and not a fan or the sun (as the receptionist who escorted us to our room suggested we put it on).

Sea. Beach. Swimming pools.

I combined it into one point, since for us it was all inextricably linked. I’ll say right away that we were very unlucky with the weather. It was great before we arrived, and after we left it became even better. And we got what we got: wind, clouds and even a little rain. But there were also bright, warm moments)))

Of course, people come to this hotel not for the sea, but for the heated pools and many water parks. There are a lot of them here for every taste and age. Actually, we didn’t use the water parks much, since the wind made it not very comfortable to run up the high stairs while wet. But we still went for a ride! A little warmer weather - and in general everything would be great! But the pools were actively used. The adults swam, and the little ones played in the warm puddle.

I was lucky enough to swim in the sea after all. When there was no wind or storm. It is certainly cool, but not icy. As my husband correctly noted, “in Montenegro at the beginning of July the sea was colder.” We swam in front of the Ferris wheel - more or less the entrance. We swam without slippers. The beach has sand, the entrance is pebbles of various sizes.

By the way, again a few words of gratitude to the staff. After a storm, when everything possible is washed ashore, the beach is cleaned with a tractor and all the stones washed ashore are additionally collected and removed by hand. Garbage on the beach and by the pools is collected regularly. In general, work is in full swing!

There are always sunbeds available! There are signs on the umbrellas at the pools asking people not to use sunbeds until 10am. And strangely enough, it works! Although at 11-12 there may be a shortage in popular places.

Staff

The staff (no matter what they say) is very polite and friendly! If a problem arises (and we had them all the time), everything is solved instantly! The main thing is to ask politely))) Sometimes, however, the staff resorts to tricks. For example, they say that they don’t understand Russian - I’ve encountered this myself! But everyone understands English! Or rather, almost everything. The maid with a smart look tried to understand what I was telling her, but in the end she couldn’t do it without the help of the manager...

Cleaned every day. BUT!!! As already written, if your child sleeps during the day, the room will remain uncleaned! The first day I went up to the reception and asked them to clean it. But it was already late (cleaning is carried out until 17.00) and they asked me what exactly was needed. I asked to take out the trash and change the towels. They did it instantly. On the second day the situation repeated itself. Naturally, my indignation grew. But still, keeping myself in control, I asked to fix it. As a result, we agreed with the manager that they would clean our place every day at 12.00. And so it was. The entire subsequent stay, coming to bed with the child at 14.00, the room was always clean.

Food. Restaurants.

There is a lot of food, it is varied and monotonous. They wrote a lot about her. I will only dwell on what was important for me, as for the mother of a small child prone to allergies (precisely prone periodically and it is not clear to what, and not a complete allergy). Let me tell you right away that during the entire trip he didn’t break out at all. There is always a diet table where you will find boiled chicken, turkey, fish, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, corn and sometimes rice. For breakfast, I gave mine porridge (oatmeal, rice, semolina - they are made with milk, or I diluted buckwheat with milk), natural yogurt with oatmeal, cheese (it’s very a good choice, but a lot of salty stuff - try it!), raisins, dried apricots, bananas, cookies. There are always 3 soups for lunch. I tried to choose the simplest one (i.e. non-spicy and unsalted). She herself added boiled meat, rice, corn, herbs, grated cheese, crackers to it - generally according to her mood and the availability of ingredients. In the evening, mashed potatoes (although they have it for both breakfast and lunch, who cares), rice, pasta, fresh vegetables (always just chopped - no salads) and tried to find tasty, but not spicy meat (I refused to eat boiled meat). It is often served separately by the cook in the hall.

There is juice in bags, but you need to “hunt” for it. It is traditionally available in children's restaurants, but you may not have enough. Then we ask the waiter. Important! Packaged juice is available only in the Resort restaurants. In Harmony, unfortunately not. Only upon arrival, 2 bags are in the refrigerator.

Let me add that we ate in the main restaurant in the Resort, once we were in the children's restaurant, but it was uncomfortable for adults; We went to Harmony a couple of times - it’s much more comfortable there, after the hustle and bustle of the Resort, but the choice is weaker. There is always room for breakfast and lunch! Dinner is more complicated. Firstly, many tables are booked, and secondly, if you come at 19.00-19.30 - the peak time for dinner: people keep coming and coming, but no one has finished yet - then you will have to run around quite a bit in search of a table. It is best to arrive at 18.30, or closer to 20.00. Service in restaurants is not bad. They always offer drinks, although they rarely refill them. But if you ask, they will bring everything immediately. The dishes are cleared away, but not right away. The staff is trying very hard, but I think it’s just not enough for such a large audience...

Once we went to French a la carte. I won’t say that we regretted it, but this is not French cuisine!!! And an attempt to adapt local dishes... And there is actually no choice (only turkey, veal, fish, children's), as it should be in a real a la carte! Appetizers, soup and dessert with no choice at all. You can go for a change of scenery, but no more.

Animation

And during the day there are many different standard activities, such as yoga, aqua aerobics, water polo, etc. In the evening there is a stable show at 21.30. But we never got there. We had enough ponies, rides and mini-discos. From the paid ones: we went to the slot machines a couple of times and rented cars, the eldest climbed in the rope park and at the climbing wall. Many people still ride the zip line, but mine never got around to it. The children's club is open, although we did not visit it. But we saw it several times - once they made pizza. There is a lot of entertainment. It will not be boring.

This is how it turned out emotionally and rationally... I hope it will be useful... As for whether we will go or not - definitely not, but only because we don’t go to the same place twice - the world is so big - I want to see everything. But I definitely recommend it! Have a nice rest!

The area is very beautiful, green, blooming, well-groomed, there is a place to walk and admire the beauty. To get to the beach you need to walk through the underground passage from the hotel to the beach area. The sea in April was cool, but we swam with pleasure. The downside is that there are a lot of rocks when entering the sea, you can easily cut your feet, special shoes are required. But there are also 2 piers, we swam from them, it’s much more convenient. There are a lot of sun loungers, enough for everyone. We didn’t swim in the pools, so I can’t say anything about them.
The room suited us, it was small, but everything we needed was there, everything worked. The room is clean, the furniture and fixtures are not new, but in good condition. The room has a minibar, which is replenished with water daily, a kettle and a set for tea and coffee, a bathrobe and slippers. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed, bed linen was changed every few days.
We liked the restaurants and food, the choice of food is simply huge, for every taste and wherever possible. Beef, lamb, chicken, turkey, fish, very tasty grilled lula kebab, a variety of vegetables, stewed, grilled, fresh, always several different side dishes, a good assortment of fresh fruit, a lot of pastries and desserts. There are many ala carte restaurants by appointment - Turkish, Mexican, fish, we especially recommend Turkish, we liked it the most. The alcohol is local, my mother and I drank dry red Turkish wine, we liked it, it was tasty and light, not sour. The hotel makes good coffee. In the evening you can smoke hookah for an additional fee.
It was our first time in Turkey and we really wanted to see the world famous Pamukkale and Cappadocia. We were absolutely delighted with Pamukkale; it’s worth seeing at least once in your life. Cappadocia is also simply fantastically interesting! And when we arrived the next day, we immediately went to the hammam to get a better tan, and in general there was so much positivity right at the beginning of the rest! It turned out to be some amazing trips! And I return to the hotel....
Throughout the hotel, including in the room, there is free, good quality internet. The animation in the hotel is weak, my mother and I are not fans of it at all, for us this is more of a plus than a minus, but many vacationers at the hotel with whom we talked were unhappy that the animators were not visible. By nationality, the vacationers were Russian-speaking, German, English and Turkish. By age category, the hotel is mostly visited by families with children, and there are also many young people. There is a disco on site, we didn’t go, I can’t say anything.
In general, I liked the hotel. We recommend it to families with children, there is a lot of things for children to make them have fun and comfort. And in general we recommend it to everyone. We would love to come back here again.

A huge well-thought-out green area, an amusement park and a water park, many places for snacks, a good martini, live music in the lobby, a room, a swimming pool with sea water, a lot of entertainment for children. We went to the Turkish Independence Day holiday - they showered us with roses from a parachute, doused us with champagne, they treated us to caramelized apples and other sweets. DIDN'T LIKE: Turks smoke everywhere, not paying attention to signs and children, even in the amphitheater; the minibar is filled only on the day of arrival; there are huge stones in the sea; In water parks, no one looks after the safety of children - there are many minor injuries and collisions; the intrusiveness of the employees of the spa center and leather and gold stores - they got tired of inviting us every day; the cleaning in the room leaves much to be desired - we constantly had soap leaking on the countertop - instead of changing it, the soap was simply removed and put in a glass in the corner, the floors were washed poorly, we had 3 towels for four of us; ugly evening shows - boredom and vulgarity, except for acrobats and dancing; a real madhouse in the main restaurant - noise ,noise, no seats, running around with plates, like a steeplechase. But otherwise everything is fine. Another advice is not to go to Aqua City, hammam, massage, peeling and foam massage are no good, scam

Just yesterday we returned from Turkey, we were relaxing in the town of Avsallar, at the Long Beach hotel. The hotel has just a huge territory, picturesque, well-groomed, we didn’t walk around it completely in a week. Checking in took us no more than five minutes. We were accommodated in a standard room overlooking the river. There were no foreign odors from the river, only at night they opened the door and heard the croaking of frogs. The equipment in our room worked properly: air conditioning, safe, flat-screen TV, refrigerator, hairdryer. Every day they brought water, coffee, tea, cream, sugar, changed towels and bed linen. A couple of times they made swans and other animals out of the sheets on the bed. The hotel has many swimming pools, both seawater and heated. Luxurious water park with many water slides. Cheerful lifeguards are constantly on duty near the water park and joke all the time. In general, all hotel staff speak excellent Russian. The beach has loose sand and free sun loungers were always available. The entrance to the sea is somewhat rocky, it is better to take care of swimming slippers in advance. Animators entertained full program. In the morning, energetic exercise, then aerobics, zumba, bocce, darts, table tennis, volleyball, football. Some kind of contests or competitions between vacationers were constantly organized. In the evenings in the amphitheater they showed cultural programs, was impressed by the fire show and the “Turkish Night” show. We rented a car at the hotel and went on an excursion to Antalya and Side. The food is above all praise, Ultra All Inclusive fully justifies itself. There was always a lot of meat and fish dishes, side dishes, fresh and stewed vegetables, fruits, and sweets to choose from. We always prepared it in different variations, so we never got tired of it. Of all the bars, I liked Terazza the most; you can sit comfortably over a cocktail.

I can recommend the Long Beach hotel both for young people and for couples with children, the infrastructure is very developed, there is a lot of entertainment for every taste and age. It took us a couple of minutes to check in. We stayed in a standard room. The room is cozy, but without frills. I pulled out the cord along with the socket a couple of times, but they didn’t pay attention to these little things. Cleaning was carried out every day, the minibar and toiletries were replenished, linen and towels were changed. Initially, we were confused by the proximity to the road, but we didn’t hear any noise. You need to go to the beach through a special tunnel. The beach is quite large, with two snack bars. Opposite the amusement park there is a gentle entrance to the sea, shallow. On the other side, the depth begins literally immediately; it is beautiful for those who like to swim. Free internet is available throughout the hotel. You can eat at the hotel until 1 am. I really liked: gozleme with various fillings, lula kebab, kebabs, baked fish, ice cream and desserts. There are a lot of bars, delicious cocktails are made in the lobby. The animation team charged the holidaymakers with positivity. Various competitions and sporting events are held during the day, show programs in the evenings, and then an open-air disco.
