Tested for myself: How I sunbathed on a nudist beach in Crimea. What to do on the beach if there is nothing to do? What's happening on the beach

At the height of July, I spent a couple of days in Sochi. No matter what the skeptics say, there are a lot of people on the Black Sea coast. It seems to me that Sochi is a special zone. There is no logical connection between the level of service, prices and the number of vacationers. Whether the city is bombed tomorrow or its improvement happens, it doesn’t matter, people will travel as they did...

The Olympic Park looks pretty good:

3.

However, it’s better to go for a walk in the evening, when the heat subsides:

4.

5.

And during the day there is nothing left to do but swim on the beaches. Hundreds of vacationers flock to the Adler embankment, which creates the feeling of a giant anthill. These are mainly those living in the private sector:

6.

There are bridges on the shore, many sun loungers and umbrellas:

7.

Half of the vacationers sunbathe in very bizarre positions. In general, there is a feeling that many people come to the embankment to drink and sleep:

8.

9.

Swimming is prohibited closer to the Olympic Park, which, however, does not stop people at all:

10.

11.

There are no nudists, although I did notice a topless girl once:

12.

An ordinary picture: a guy offers to take a photo with a crocodile. There are a lot of flayers who walk along the beach with stabbed animals. There don't seem to be any legal methods to counter this. The only thing we can do is ignore these dubious entertainments and not give their owners a penny:

13.

But if you really want a photo as a souvenir, you can use the services of mimes and all sorts of girls painted to look like statues. This pleasure costs 150 rubles, but some scumbags film it brazenly and for free:

14.

There is also a tradition of leaving “geotags” on Adler Beach:

15.

There is also a beach in the center of Sochi. It is less crowded with “wild” tourists; mainly those who live in nearby hotels swim here. The atmosphere here is better and not as crowded as in Adler:

16.

Drinking alcohol on the beach is prohibited, but a couple under an umbrella is quietly sipping beer in bags:

17.

Every 50-100 meters rescue post:

18.

The toilet business is one of the most popular on the embankment. They sell condoms in the men's restroom, and there is a TV in the women's restroom:

19.

20.

VIP massage, VIP beach, etc. Lots of all kinds of luxury at a reasonable price:

21.

Stalls on the embankment. I have already talked about the range:

22.

Excursions attract with a variety of offers, but upon closer examination everything is the same:

23.

Chips and corn are offered at every turn:

24.

There are no places in hotels. The three of us had to rent rooms in different hotels, since everything was packed to capacity. The same situation applies to the private sector:

25.

Finally, a couple of photos of the Resort Embankment:

27.

I am glad that despite the heat and sun, most of the people walking are dressed.

The number of passengers traveling by plane to Black Sea resorts has already increased by 1.5 times compared to last year, it was calculated at Vnukovo airport. Another news - the Black Sea has turned turquoise due to algae blooms. Environmentalists say this is an indicator of good water quality. AiF checked what was happening on the beaches of the Krasnodar region.

Sochi: where to eat and swim?

Sochi maintains the brand of an elite resort. True, in June the weather was not pleasant. But the Confederations Cup matches are taking place in the city, and the atmosphere is festive. The further summer program is also rich: you can attend performances by Cirque Du Soleil, ice shows, and music festivals.

Yes, holidays in Sochi remain expensive. However, places have appeared where you don’t have to shell out 1,000 rubles for lunch - many inexpensive canteens have opened in the city. In restaurants, chefs offer dishes prepared from local products: Cossack lamb ribs, borscht with donuts and lard, dumplings.

Double-decker, open-top tour buses roam the streets. “There were no such things in the city before,” says a local resident V. Mikhailenko. “I myself recently took a ride from Sochi to the Olympic Park and listened to a review lecture.”

“I came to Sochi for the first time,” says Tatiana Babchinskaya. - My husband and small child and I settled in the Imereti Lowland - near the Olympic Park and Sochi Park. We also visited Rosa Khutor. Everything is very beautiful, European - impressive. But Adler was unpleasantly surprised: the chaotic tent trade does not make the resort beautiful at all.”

The beaches of Sochi, while there are few tourists, remain quite clean. However, locals recommend going to the Olympic Park for swimming. “There is an open sea, and even before the Olympic construction, when there were wild beaches here, the locals preferred to swim and sunbathe in this place,” advises V. Mikhailenko. “Now everything has been improved, and the quality of the water has not deteriorated.”

Anapa: warm sea, seaweed, low prices

Shallow sea, sandy beaches: Anapa is a resort specifically for families with children. And the city was filled with tourists from the very beginning of the summer holidays. Among the new entertainment: the Bora Bora water complex, the Sukko Valley park, and the Zip Line extreme attraction.

“We are 100% loaded,” says the hotel owner Eduard Bedrosov. - But there are almost no early bookings now. Although 7-8 years ago, when the economic situation was more stable, rooms were sold already in January. And we haven’t raised prices for several years.”

“In my opinion, a holiday in Anapa is a little cheaper than at other resorts in the region,” says the tourist Elena Vdovichenko. “But there are few places that accept bank cards, so I advise you to take more cash with you.”

At the end of July - in August, algae appear in the Anapa Sea. Their scientific name is “vagrant cladophora”, and in common parlance - Kamka. When the water temperature rises to 23 degrees (and last year it reached 27-28 degrees), the Kamka begins to multiply quickly - it grows up to 120 meters in a day. These algae are filamentous, and it is almost impossible to get them out of the water. Local authorities are trying to solve the problem: they are negotiating to purchase equipment for algae removal abroad. By the way, they are also common on other beaches in the world, for example in Italy.

Gelendzhik: embankment, mountains, pine trees

This year, Gelendzhik updated its embankment (by the way, the longest in Europe - 12 km) - a new section overlooking the sea was built. There are bike paths and sports equipment here. There are flowers all around. In general, everything is like at the best resorts in the world.

“I love Gelendzhik for the mountains, sea and pine trees,” admits Anna Zubova from Khabarovsk. “This year I was pleasantly surprised that all the stalls have adopted a single style. Everything is located on one side and does not spoil the view.” New entertainment has also appeared at the resort. This is a Roman park, where you can see dramatizations of the life of the ancient Romans, and the largest fountain in the region. A large gastronomic festival will be held in mid-July: the most famous chefs in Russia will compete in their art and hold master classes.

Dolmens, waterfalls, caves

What is a must-see in Sochi and its environs?

A. Staroverov, Murmansk

Among the most popular excursions in Sochi is, of course, a trip to the sites of the 2014 Winter Olympic Games and to Krasnaya Polyana. But in the vicinity of the “summer” Russian capital there are many other completely unique attractions.

So, in Skypark you need to walk across one of the longest pedestrian bridges in the world. Its length is 439 m, height 207 m. The bridge is held by 8 cables.

Don't forget to visit the Matsestinskaya Valley - its healing hydrogen sulfide springs. In her clinic, everyone can visit a doctor and get a referral for a bath course.

Another point of attraction is the Eagle Rocks, where, having climbed to a height of 379 m, you will see the sculpture of Prometheus.

Agur waterfalls are cascades of water falling into the Blue Lake, where you can swim. However, in the Sochi region there are waterfalls on almost every river, and a route called “33 waterfalls” was even created for tourists. It is interesting to visit the Vorontsov caves, which have 10 entrances, and the Volkonsky dolmen - the only monolithic stone house in the world. He is at least 5 thousand years old! Scientists are still wondering who and why it was built. In total, there are 200 dolmens in the Sochi area.

Hooray! The long-awaited summer has arrived. T-shirts, shorts, swimsuits and beaches! There's nothing better than sunbathing or just lounging on the beach between a dip in the cool water. The first days this is enough, but then many people simply start to get bored and come to the conclusion that it is simply impossible to stay on the beach for a long time.

They are very mistaken, because any beach can easily turn into place for an amazing time and there will simply be no desire to leave it.

Most of us relaxing in company relatives or friends. How can it be boring if you are not alone! We take our group, go to a deserted corner of the beach and have a party (or a “matinee” if it’s in the morning).

Be sure to light a fire (of course, in the heat, many will consider such an action a mockery, but in the evening or in cloudy weather - after all, this happens at sea), fry sausages on it so as not to bother with barbecue, sing songs, listen to music and dance.

Better yet, send your men on a mussel hunt. To do this, you need to find large underwater rocks that protrude slightly above the water, on which such a delicacy as mussels grows.

Having picked some shellfish, you need to cook them, and also over a fire. To do this, you just need a sheet of iron (if this is a problem, then a regular cast iron frying pan will come in handy).

It is placed on the fire, and the shells with mollusks are laid out on top of the iron and wait. Gradually, due to the heat, they open, the salt water in them boils away and you can eat. In no restaurant will they be as tasty as cooked on your own over a fire.

Having had your fill of seafood, you can look for beautiful places and arrange a photo shoot there. Subsequently, by posting these beautiful pictures on the Internet, you will be able to brag about your adventures, adding a little to the reality of your imagination.

You definitely need to pamper yourself a little. The best way to do this is to ride on a catamaran or banana boat. And if you have at least a little courage, you can “saddle” a jet ski, after which the adrenaline will rise to the limit and your emotions will last until your next vacation.

You can also move on to more intense rest - to beach sports. Volleyball is a great game that will allow you to stay in good shape throughout your vacation, and will also provide an opportunity for new acquaintances or even romances. All you need is a net, a ball and a few like-minded people. If there is a problem with the net, then the game will go just fine without it – among amateur athletes. You can play both on the shore and at sea.

Of course, there are many other pleasures, but they require a small investment. If you have “free capital”, you can go water skiing, fly a hang glider or airplane and go deeper into the depths of the sea with the help of diving. Just remember that it is better to study the beauty of the seabed and its inhabitants with an instructor who knows truly beautiful places. A solo dive may leave in your memory only the sight of small stones, shells, remnants of old piles from a former pier or leaky tires.

Tired of the seriousness of their vacation and lack of attention, girls can quickly fix everything (for men, this “trick” threatens some troubles from law enforcement agencies). It’s enough just to be naked (if, of course, your shape and courage allow), sunbathing on a towel, and all the attention of the surrounding crowd will certainly be yours. Young people will admire it, and mature ladies will undoubtedly express their opinions on what they see.

If after a long swim you have a lot of energy left, you can spend it on the trampoline. On beach trampolines and inflatable slides, almost everything is possible for everyone. The wonderful feeling of overcoming gravity while jumping will charge you with energy for the rest of the day.

But if the question still arises, what to do when there is absolutely nothing to do, because everything is boring, scratch yourself. Try it when you have nothing to do, you will like it. You can also purchase a special “comber” with a long handle.

While relaxing with friends, you can organize various competitions. For example, put water in your mouth and see who can gargle longer. Or who will release a stream from his mouth next.

You can also do frivolous things with friends (although for some this activity has grown into a hobby and a way of unconventional part-time work on vacation) - turn into beach treasure hunters(if you are resistant to sidelong glances and caustic ridicule).

You can search for “treasure”, or rather, lost valuable and not-so-good things, armed with a beach scoop or even a metal detector. And in order not to be conspicuous by vacationers, you can move to search in the coastal water area - wearing fins, with or without a mask, a wetsuit, with or without the same metal detector.

We leave what we can find: pipes, tins, jewelry, bottle caps to other hobbyists, and take silver/gold jewelry (do you think it’s fiction?).

In general, the beach, sea, sun, relaxation - these are a lot of new interesting ideas and implementations.

I hope that this article will make you think at least a little and not get bored while lying on the beach during your vacation, but use your vacation one hundred percent, because summer only comes once a year.

What is a nudist beach? What are the morals and atmosphere like there? What's it like to be naked in public? What kind of “perverts” live there? These and many other questions have been popping up in my head for a long time. And in order to get an answer to them, it was decided, upon arrival in Crimea, to visit the local nudist beach.

photo Artyom Trofimov / website

The car quickly rushes along mountain ups and downs on the approach to the city of Alushta. Then the search for housing, organizational matters. The first two days were spent relaxing on the city beaches, which were quite crowded with people. Then I suggested to my wife that we go look for a nudist beach. She didn't take it seriously right away and laughed it off. I then declared that I would go “on reconnaissance” alone.

Shares his impressions of the trip to Crimea Alexander, within the author's heading: " Reviews from tourists about Crimea"

Behind the area where you can ride go-karts, there was paint on the wall: “Nudist beach 1200 m.” Next, we had to go through the mountain through a tunnel, and then walk along the shore for about half a kilometer. Having read and heard a lot of different stories, I assumed that deciding to undress can be difficult, especially for people like me. Therefore, I decided to undress when I came to the beach, immediately and immediately, if only so as not to look like I had come there to stare at naked people. In the meantime, I walked along the shore and looked at everything around. One after another, the beaches of different boarding houses and sanatoriums changed. And I almost passed by what I needed to find.

Having almost passed, I turned my head and saw a girl coming out of the water, who was without a swimsuit. So this is where I should go. This beach is easy to find. A building is under construction opposite. This can serve as a guide while construction is underway, of course. When construction is finished, the building materials that litter the approach to the fence will be removed. They will not interfere with coming closer and seeing the beach.

I go to the beach. I see that there is more than enough free space. Therefore, there was no need to search for long. No one REACTED to MY appearance in any way. I set up the umbrella, laid out the blanket, took off my T-shirt, shorts (I see there is no danger of something being snatched from me without anesthesia) and... panties. Moreover, he did it immediately, as planned, practically without looking around. He sat down on the blanket.

Now you can look around. Again it was striking that no one showed any reaction to MY FEAT. Those who swam continued to swim, those who sunbathed continued to sunbathe. In general, the world has not turned upside down. Next to me there were two families with children. The children swam and squealed with pleasure. The parents either swam or sunbathed. All family members were completely naked. An even tan without traces of a swimsuit indicated that they had been here for a long time. On the other side, two guys were sunbathing, and then two girls, etc. There were only about 70 people.

If we talk about people and statistics, the situation is approximately this: 45% are women and about 55% are men. Of these, about 30% are dressed, meaning in swimsuits, or women without a “top” but in panties. In terms of age, I didn’t see any difference from a regular beach. There were people from preschool age, barely able to walk, to pensioners. Considering the situation, I must admit to you that due to my masculine nature, my gaze involuntarily began to be drawn to the female representatives. May my dear ladies forgive me for this. But a fact is a fact.

Looking ahead, I want to note that I have never seen anyone with an erection on a nudist beach, although I have heard about such a problem among men. This means that they all manage to cope with it. I succeeded later too. By the way, I heard that this is an obstacle for some men to visit such places. And I had to look at the sea for a long time, switch my thoughts to something else, but not run away from there completely.

In ordinary life, we are brought up in such a way that the sight of an undressed woman probably does not evoke anything other than sexual urges in a man. Where can we often see this in everyday life? This is what causes a volcano if you have to see it. And nudist communication allows you to develop the ability to see in a woman not only a sexual object. And it doesn’t matter whether she’s dressed or not. I don’t know if there are rapists among nudists.

I would like to hear feedback from experienced women from visiting such vacation spots without clothes. How do they experience this problem? Do you ladies have it or not? How do you live with this?)

And on a nudist beach, it seems like no one is looking at anyone. You can only glance briefly. Under no circumstances should you stare wide open. Nobody pays any attention to those who like to stare, rubbing behind the fence and not daring to enter, as if they don’t exist. There are passers-by who leave quite quickly, then others appear, and so on all day. I was then curious to watch their reaction. Some, realizing what kind of place it was, left quickly, others stayed longer. The girls got embarrassed a little faster than the guys and, if they were together, they tried to get their companions away as quickly as possible. Some people stared for quite a long time. But they didn’t go to the beach.

Also, those who did not want to take off their swimsuit are not subject to any discrimination. In general - complete freedom. By the way, if you have an idea to go to a nudist beach, to feel what the spirit is like there, but cannot decide to undress, then know that it is not necessary to do this at all. I haven't seen anyone get a dirty look because of this. Moreover, the nudists themselves come dressed first, and may not undress right away. If you still have thoughts in your head about visiting such a beach, but you are a little complex, then I think it would be appropriate to give some advice.

Never go there for the first time with a group. You will inevitably be embarrassed by each other. I saw such a group of two guys and two girls. It can be said that they had no rest, except for finding out which of them should be the first to take off this or that piece of swimsuit. As a result, the first one was never found. The company did not dare to undress. True, no one condemned them for this either. I think that in order to understand and feel it all to the end, you still need to try to undress. Otherwise, you will not catch the spirit of freedom that nudists enjoy so much.

If you go alone, then you have completely different conditions. There are no people you know there, and you can then keep it a secret if necessary. It will be easier for you to undress if you want. And then, when you get comfortable, decide whether you need to drag your company along with you or not. If you are a lady, then there is special advice for you. Please prepare yourself mentally and physically for the fact that YOU CAN AND WILL BE LOOKED AT. Don’t stare, don’t examine, don’t evaluate, but just look, and briefly, but they will look. Therefore, so that you do not have a complex because of your appearance, you need to prepare a little.

True, you don’t need to worry about your physical data, which God has given you. There are different people, with folds, with sagging breasts, the elderly, you never know who. Everyone behaves naturally, not embarrassed by their body. There was no case of anyone putting anyone in an uncomfortable position because of this. I don’t even want to mention the insult. Although, an imbecile who is ready to make fun of you, for example, about your hooked nose or the fact that a person has a birthmark, can be found both on the tram and at the stadium. Men can be completely calm about the size of their penis. No one will measure it for you.

But let's go back to the beach. Having looked around further, having recovered from my first impressions, I began to notice what the people were doing. And who does what? Ordinary beach. Only there are people without clothes and that makes all the difference. Some are swimming, some are sunbathing. Some hid from the sun under umbrellas and read books or magazines. At the other end, a group of young people made a circle and kicked a ball. Their naked bodies do not hinder them in this at all. But it was immediately unusual for me to see guys and girls jumping without clothes. Everything is somehow hanging out... Well, that’s natural.

About the beach itself. The further you go from the city, the less people there are. If in the city, in order to win a place in the sun, you need to leave at 7 in the morning, then here the whole day is free. Not only in nudist, but also in neighboring ones. If in the city you need to sunbathe practically standing up during the day, then here there is a place to kick a ball. The pebbles under your feet are smaller and more delicate and do not “twist” your legs when you go into the sea and back, as in the city. In general, nudists are luckier. In the city, everything looks more like a big garbage dump, if you compare it. Therefore, I recommend that whoever is in Alushta will go over the mountain through a tunnel, if not the nudist one, then the ordinary ones are also better here.

Oh, here's a few more words about the photo. I always carried a video camera with me. But I never dared to experience the reaction of others myself. On ordinary beaches there is a lot of filming equipment; everyone is filming left and right. And on a nudist beach, I heard that you can get money for it. I don't know if this is true. Share if anyone knows. I saw a guy and a girl filming each other on a mobile phone, and it seems, not only each other. But no one reacted to this. And next to me, a woman took out a video camera and began filming her husband and children near her. Then she “drove” along the entire beach. We were two meters away from her, and we got right into the frame. Then she quickly hid it, and no one objected either. Many, of course, did not notice. I personally had no dissatisfaction with this. I didn’t take pictures myself. Although, apparently, in such cases you need to ask those around you if they would be against it.

In conclusion, a few more words. Until you have visited a nudist beach, refrain from commenting on what is happening there. Both positive and negative. Trust my experience. If you visited, but due to your convictions, you did not like it, then do not make any attacks against those people who prefer it. Remember that besides the right not to appear there anymore, you and I have NO RIGHTS anymore.

It turns out that it’s not so easy to go to a nudist beach for the first time and not feel awkward. Especially if you are a woman. “Instead of feeling the joy of the body, I felt like Cersei from Game of Thrones on a walk of shame,” artist and designer Lorin Branz shares her feelings.

The author writes that men on a nudist beach feel at ease and at ease and stare at women with all their might - but it was hard for her, a woman, to stop being shy. And gender inequality is to blame for everything. And this is how it was - in her own words. You can also see the original photographs there. The photos in this text are not related to history and are for illustrative purposes only.

“I spent a week’s vacation with my husband in a town where there was a nudist beach. And I desperately wanted to go there, no matter how uncomfortable I felt. My husband was not delighted with such a wild idea, but agreed to go with me. I began I’m downright obsessed with this idea, and there are several reasons for this.

By the age of 31, I had overcome an eating disorder, body dysmorphia, and a bunch of other “invincible” dangerous things. A year ago, at 30, I took part in a holiday bikini parade. It was the first time I'd ever worn a bikini, and I found it very... liberating. I was in my thirties, and I was enjoying the look of my body, listening to the complaints of other women who had already begun to age.

Noticing wrinkles and new spots, you begin to realize how beautiful you were at 20 years old. If only there was a way to make a young woman enjoy what you currently have! The time of my juicy body was also coming to an end, and I decided that I needed to do something. And for some reason it seemed to me that going naked to the beach was a great idea. It seemed.

I called my husband and told him to take his swimming trunks. He reminded us that where we were going, swimming trunks were not needed. I laughed and decided to take my favorite and most beautiful swimsuit with me, in case I chickened out. I never wear makeup to go to the beach, but here I found myself doing beauty spruces: let everyone see my boobs, but never dark circles under my eyes!

As we drove to the beach, I became more and more nervous. I decided to read the book I had brought with me, Sex Objects by Jessica Valenti. This proved fatal to my mood. The foreword itself shook me to the core, and by the fourth page I realized that I was crying.

"There is nothing special about being a sex object. The manifestations of sexism are the way women are treated as objects, the way women sometimes turn themselves into things, the way we constantly throw aside our humanity and thereby lose self-esteem is not uncommon. Object status is what connects me with many others. This does not mean that all women are subject to being turned into an object in the same way. For some, especially women from the periphery, this experience is much more cruel and unpleasant. than I can imagine.

Even though I've been writing about feminism for years, I still don't have the words to describe what it's like to live with it all: the teacher who asked me out a couple days after graduation; the college ex-boyfriend who tied a used condom to my door and wrote "slut" on my chalkboard; Politico reporter who wrote an article about my breasts."

I took it all so close to my heart that it hurt me. And I understood why I needed to go to a nudist beach. I knew this already, but I couldn’t formulate it. I am doing this in order to take back my body, which has long been owned by society. I do this because I’m angry at the teenage boys who I awkwardly winked at, trying in such a stupid way to seem desirable. I want to show the world that my body is not theirs to force into any shape or size, to decide what happens to my ovaries or how high my breasts should be. I'm doing this for myself, damn it.

I'm not a beach person at all, my ancestors came down from the snowy mountains. Pale and doughy, like a Russian rag doll, I look like I need to wrap myself in wolf skin to keep warm in any weather. But I pushed all these considerations aside when we went down to the beach.

This particular beach started out as a regular beach and gradually became nudist. At the first moment I was dumbfounded. I saw several middle-aged women basking naked in the sun, walking along the beach - and were not ashamed of their bumps and bumps. It was amazing, I wanted to dance naked under the sun or under the moon - together with these women. I thought that I would definitely bring my future daughters here so that they could see unretouched real bodies.

My flight of fancy was rudely interrupted when I saw a group of guys, fully dressed, playing football nearby. Suddenly I not only didn’t want to take off my clothes, but I also wanted to run and hide. I asked my husband why these guys were dressed, and he replied that there was no need to be naked here. It was strange and dishonest.

We moved on, and I realized that that group of women was the only one. The rest of the vacationers were elderly men, whose flabby households fluttered in the wind. We reached almost the end of the beach when a portly, gray-haired man about my father’s age approached us and said that the beach was becoming too rocky beyond that and it was not worth going there. Maybe his intentions were the purest, but a past unpleasant experience whispered intrusively: “He wants you to stay here so he can look at your tits.” I tried to ignore that little voice.

“This is not New York,” I reminded myself. “These are nudists, this is a respectable beach.” We took the advice and stopped here. I tried to be cool and took off my bra first. And almost immediately I saw that my old gray-haired acquaintance was looking at me and grinning. I covered myself in fear. The man began to walk along the beach, and I tried to calm down. “Get your body back,” I told myself.

Forcing myself to undress completely made me feel vulnerable. Like a snail without a shell under the scorching sun. I tried to position myself on the sun lounger so as to cover my most intimate parts. My horror was only slightly tempered by pleasure: a fresh breeze blew across my bare chest, and it was pleasant.

Having suffered internal defeat, I looked at my husband. He lay quietly naked and ate a lobster roll. He was quite comfortable - a state that I had never even dreamed of. Angered by this fact, I felt an even greater desire to relax and have fun. I took out a book to take my mind off things. I tried to read, but I couldn't concentrate. Eventually I realized that I was trying to hide behind the book. With the title "Sex Object", how ironic.

I asked my husband to take out and open the umbrella. Usually I do this, but now it seemed to me that the body movements that need to be made for this would look strange when I was naked. And he, without any embarrassment, continued to indulge in the joys of the beach: warming his butt in the sun, chewing goodies, swimming. In a last attempt to have fun, I also went for a swim. The water was great. But instead of feeling the joy of my body, I felt like Cersei from Game of Thrones at the walk of shame.

I returned to the chair and lay for several minutes, looking at people. Mostly I saw men looking around. Two couples passed by. In both cases, the men walked completely naked, dangling their balls carefree. And the women shyly covered their breasts with a towel. Feeling defeated, I put on my swimsuit.

Probably, my whole idea was not very successful, but I’m still glad that I did it. This fueled my desire to try and increase my body acceptance to the point where I would feel free to play with men on the beach (no matter what they thought of me). Oddly enough, I want to try again - only on a different beach and in the company of women. Hopefully by the time I'm 32, the world will be more ready to see my boobs and I'll be more ready to show them off."
