The hotel also provides additional paid services for using an iron or an electric kettle.

The restaurant, which has the second mark-up category, has hosted 6 banquets since the beginning of the year. And in December it was often rented for corporate events. The restaurant also has a separate room for 8 people. Anyone can come to the restaurant, not just hotel guests.

According to Galina, for more convenient and faster customer service, the hotel will have a system of payment by bank card through the terminal. There are also plans to create a service for booking rooms via the Internet.

At the reception, the porter Marina Virich said that the hotel provides discounts for honeymooners and tourist groups. And Galina noticed that the newlyweds must provide a marriage certificate and then the discount for them will be 20%. The same amount will be thrown off in the new hotel to groups (tourist, sports), if the number of people in them is at least 10 people. In this case, the application must be submitted in advance.

“Our main clients now are inspectors, auditors, people on business trips, there are foreigners who are passing through our city,” Marina said. “When they leave, they thank them for the good reception.”
